  • It was awesome. The apartment is clean and has all you need, even new equipment to cook . The location is more than perfect - walking distance to everything, also really close to the beach. Keoki is super friendly and helps with all questions you have. Early check out was easy.
It was the best we could find for our Hawaii trip.
    Thanks a lot!!!

  • Our stay with Keoki was fantastic! The location was convenient and the room was as advertised. Keoki also has an amazing beach supply that he lent us for free, which made our stay all the more fun. Highly recommend!

  • We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent and the people were friendly and helpful. Thank you!

  • I am local from Hawaii and come back to visit family and friends here and there. I know from experience that you spend close to zero time in your hotel room and/or housing so my boyfriend and I were looking for something central in Waikiki and budget friendly. Keoki's place was PERFECT the price is right and it is a super cozy spot. Not a big place, but lets be serious all you need is a place to slept, keep your things and feel safe this little Waikiki gem is just that. When we visit again you can bet we will be contacting Keoki for a place to stay.

    Response from Keoki:

    HI Evie,
Thanks so much for the review, and staying at my place in Waikiki! Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend. Much Mahalo!

  • Keoki is a wonderful host. The apartment was small, but we didn't need more than that. It was 3 minutes away from the beach. It is is the center of Waikiki and you could get to the Zoo or the Aquarium for less than 10 mins.
If we go back to Honolulu we will definitely stay there again!

  • Good value for the money! I stayed for a week and had a blast. Keoki was really friendly and helpful, and they even had free walking tours in Waikiki.
The apartment was small but clean, comfortable and the location is just awesome. Everything is practically just outside the door, and the public transport takes you everywhere. The beach is just steps away and the nearest and cheap(est) surfboard rentals is in the building.
The apartment was also surprisingly quiet considering it's location, because it's on the quieter side of the building facing a smaller street. The only thing I was missing was a work chair and a work table, but I took my laptop to the quiet park two blocks away instead!
I'll be back, as they say here in Hollywood...

  • Excellent deal especially if you will spend most of your time out and about the island. Keoki is easy to work with and provided lots of useful information and was available when I called to ask a question about parking (which can be hard to find sometimes.)

  • Hello, I had a great time and thanks to Keoki it was a perfect place. Location is great. One block from the beach. I already recommended it to my friends who are visiting at christmas! Keoki was very helpful and friendly!!

  • I think I fell in love with Oahu all over again! Had an amazing time, and Keoki was very helpful in every way. If I requested something, he brought it the next day, if I inquired about something, he gave great information. I was there for a week by myself and it was nice to see a familiar face everyday when walking past his office (which is located right in the building). My place had everything I needed. Totally recommend if for anyone! Mahalo Keoki, see you next year:)

Aloha! I'm Keoki (Kay O Ki), and am a Native to Hawaii. Although I've traveled through Europe (from Norway to Greece, from Spain to Switzerland), most Asian countries, as well as India and Australia, I've always missed the Aloha spirit from our Islands. Everyone has shared their favorite travel destinations, helping me get the most out of my stay in their neighborhoods. Please give me the chance to share the better, local, favorite spots with you. Also, if you are interested in playing any of the ocean sports or tennis, I have a garage full equipment which I'd be glad to lend, if interested. My full time/life long job is a Realtor Associate and Property Manager with homes and condos across Oahu. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. Mahalo and Aloha, Keoki
