Lrg in size, with many upgrades. However, this home is older&have some imperfections. If you are looking to have a great time with your love ones, enjoy what the home has to offer&maybe a laugh or 2 with the locals this home is for you.

15min drive to/from Downtown Detroit, 30 minute drive to DTW airport.

The space
The master bedroom which is located upstairs has a King-size bed. Second bedroom which is also located upstairs has two Full-size beds. Remaining two bedrooms located on lower level has One Queen-size bed and the other room has two Full-size beds, storage area for clothing and personal belongings. Two of the bedrooms has 50 inch televisions. The master bedroom has a 50 inch television and Livingroom also has a 55 inch television along with sofa and love seat. Diningroom has a large table which can sit six comfortably. Basement is open which can be used for gatherings as well as the backyard.

Home is located in the City of Detroit. Neighborhood is developing which means the city is in the process of tearing down and redeveloping a couple abandoned homes on the street. Neighbors (locals) are usually out enjoying the weather and their homes during the spring/summer. Winter season neighbors (locals) are very quiet with very little to light traffic. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming.

The neighborhood while a rather quiet family-friendly place densely populated and you're likely to hear cars buzzing down streets and neighbors going in and out of their homes. Some parts of Detroit and surrounding neighborhoods can look a little rough around the edges, and while generally safe, like in any big city, its always a good idea to be aware of your surroundings.

With that being said, I absolutely love my city!
