Justin was great, very welcoming and flexible with our check in. He made very attempt to meet us there, despite our changing arrival time and made sure we could get in without any problems. The house was great, clean and set up nicely.
I enjoyed myself at Justin's house. Relaxed on his comfy couch and watched Netflix. He was very helpful whenever I had any questions. I would stay there again.
The accommodations were just as described, and easy to find. I came to the Philly area for a medical licensure exam, and I needed fast internet and a quit place to study (dislike the aseptic homogenous feeling of hotel rooms) and this fit the bill perfectly. Justin was there upon arrival to give a small tour and he was very nice and accommodating. There was (is) an atypical hot spell with the weather here, and I definitely was very thankful of the AC unit in the upstairs bedroom -- it worked fantastically.
I had booked the rental thinking that I was going to be by myself, but last minute a colleague contacted me, as we were scheduled to take the same exam at the same time. I neglected to inform Justin of the change, and he was very gracious considering that I showed up with an extra person that I forgot to tell him about. I highly suggest staying here.
We had a pleasant stay at Justin's place. I loved that he responded to emails really promptly, which made me feel really confident about working with him. Parking was easy outside his house, and the neighborhood was quiet.
The house was as pictured, very cozy and comfy. Although it wasn't pictured, and did not cause an issue, it would have been nice to know the other sleeping area was in the basement. All and all, very pleasant and I would recommend! Thanks Justin!
Justin, as usual was a terrific host. This is the 2nd time one of my clients have stayed with him and they said nothing but the greatest things about his home and accommodations. He is always so easy to deal with when making reservations, I recommend anyone to stay at his home.
