I very much enjoyed my stay at Lynn's home. The architecture is unique and has a cozy feel to it. Her eclectic taste is unstuffy and fun. It is situated in the hills of Laguna and you feel you are in a small country village with it's narrow, winding roads and cute cottages. It isn't a far walk to the beach, maybe a fifteen minute walk, and then maybe another 15 minutes to downtown. As you head downtown there are plenty of unique shops and galleries. Lynn is a great host and her dogs are very sweet. I will definitely stay there again.

Lynn was such a wonderful host to my daughter and myself! She was very supportive and helped us out tremendously with our transition to CA. It felt like a home.

Lynn is a wonderful host! I felt like I was staying with a friend or family member. The location is great, with a bus stop just one minute up the road that will take you in to town for .75! Or you can easily walk in to town as it is down hill in about 20 - 25 minutes. Uphill is harder but if you're in good shape that's not bad either. I would catch an Uber back "up" the hill later after a day in town working at the local coffee shops, dining, shopping or hitting the beach. There are buses too, but I could never really figure out how to get back! So it worked well for me even without a car. Also Lynn always generously offered a lift into town on her golf cart! My room was clean and comfortable as was the bathroom. The price was great. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thanks Lynn!

we arrived around noon to discover that Lynn had stepped out for a bit. Communication between Lynn and us were limited due to lack of phone reception. She did not have a cell phone number listed (only house phone) The Wifi connection was also very poor as well. We got the smaller of the two rooms, and Lynn was friendly and nice for allowing us to use her beach chairs and umbrella. Her two dogs were very sweet as well. Our only issues were the creaky bed, and dirty floor In our bedroom. It was exceptionally hotter this year which made it even less comfortable when our fan wasn't big enough to bring in cooler air from the window. All in all, a few basic upgrades at Lynn's will definitely bring in more return visits and better relationships.

The listing was accurate, Lynn was very nice and welcoming, and I enjoyed staying there. I was there three days and I had no problems at all the whole time. It was a nice and convient place to stay.

Lynn was very welcoming and hospitable! Her place was beautiful, about a 7-minute drive from the beach and main strip (before the parking hunt begins) up on a cliff. You can't walk from her house to the beach, which for me was okay bc I had a rental car, but I can imagine if you didn't have a car, it'd be tricky. The backyard is gorgeous with a nice table and chairs, and the living room is colorful and bright. Wifi is great if you're like me and needed to work. Her cat slept with me every night, which I thought was cute! Her dogs are little things that are a bit yippy at first but once they get to know you, it's not a problem at all. For the price, it's a GREAT deal! I loved staying there and would definitely stay again!

I had a very pleasant stay in Laguna Beach. Very affordable for this area. Even though its located a little on the hills/canyon I was able to walk to the beach and some restaurants within 20minutes. Room is basic but had all I needed. Thanks again Lynn!

I am a 40 plus year resident of Laguna Beach. The rooms I rent are in my home which was designed by my late husband, Laguna Beach architect Daniel McMann. I enjoy my garden, aviary and being a Grandma. Two of my grandkids live next door and are frequently around my home. I love Laguna and being host to visitors of my town. Bluebird Canyon is a special neighborhood and I love its beauty and tranquility.
