Private single room and bathroom in a big 2 floors house. Excellent place to chill out and have a nice time in an old/unique style home of BA. Walking distance to all places in palermo hollywood!

The space

At the first floor you have a patio that comunicates to the main living room, the kitchen and a private bathroom for the guest.

Also there is the middle floor where the rent room is. The room is absolutely private and the guest will receive his own room key.

Finally at the second floor there is a big and sunny terrace.

The terrace has also the tipical grill for making a great "asado" pizza, or whatever you want.

The neighborhood is very quite and silent, but however is 4 blocks of one of the best points for a cool nightlife in BA.

This mean that you are a few blocks from the coolest bars and restaurants in the city (Bonpland St.). The area is really safe. Very close to Plaza Serrano, Plaza Armenia, Plaza Italia and El Rosedal. Near several bus stops and subway. 20 minutes away from San Telmo .

Marcos is a pretty cool Host. You can ask him anything, and he does have the right sense of giving you space or hang out with you. The Area is save, and you can take the metro-line or buses to go somewhere and come back home save and easy. Also, is the Neighbourhood cool woth plenty of cafès, bars and anything. Thanks a lot marcos. I would defenetly come again!

Marcos was a faultless host. Always friendly and kind and thought of everything and anything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. His home is beautifully decorated and open air and is in a nice neighbourhood close to the subte if you want to travel further but definitely walking distance from good restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

It was as if I stepped into the life I've always wanted. This place is beautiful. Marcos is a wonderful host and if you're lucky, he might play some piano for you. The location is safe and close to everything within walking distance. It was truly like living in a Argentinan bohemian dream. I wish I could have stayed longer.

As the wonderful reviews do attest, Marcos has a very nice house. Marcos himself is a charming person who makes sure that if you need anything or have any questions that he is there to help. He has put together a nice notebook on points of interest near his home in Palmero. If you like dogs, you will fall in love with his french bulldog, Pepe. However, there are a few things that one ought to take into consideration if one is to stay here. As others have mentioned there is the downside of the private bathroom. It is all the way downstairs and to get to it one must walk where there is no roof over the patio. When it is raining, it is very cold!. In addition, the bathroom may be one of the smallest I have ever been in. The water is hot though. Perhaps letting people use the bathroom just a couple of stairs up in Marcos' room would be nice.. It is huge with a 6 person tub, The other concern for me is the late night parties. Marcos is very popular and two of the nights there, (one was a national holiday and the other was a birthday party), the party goes on till 3 or 4 AM. His friends can be quite boisterous and it is hard to get a good nights sleep. With this said, I think that for the prices charged in Buenos Aires, Marcos offers a great value. If you are younger and like a party lifestyle, (I did at one time), this is a great place. Marcos is indeed a great host.

Tks Ken! I hope your big trip continue in the best way. For sure that people at home will be free to use the upstairs bathroom whenever they want! On another hand, it was just a coincidence that you stayed in a national holiday and in friend birthday meeting. It is not always a party lifestyle at home (i'm not too young haha) Cheers and safe travels!

Hi, I'm Marcos, I was born and raised in Buenos Aires. Actually working at international commerce (maritime activity). I live with Pepe (a mini french bulldog)

By far the thing I most enjoy is travelling and knowing different cultures. In the past years I've been to China, California, Hungary, Turkey, Italy, Guatemala, México, Cuba, Brazil, Uruguay.

I always try to contact local people for an autochthonous learning.

Also I love Buenos Aires as well! It's a city with a huge cultural background. Such as Music, Arts, Theatre, Literature, Gastronomy, etc.

Excellent for going out and discover new places and secret points of the city.

Buenos Aires gives us the feeling that is always awake with great places waiting to be discovered.
