Remarquable accueil de Sharon et Rick, chaleureux et si serviables! Endroit calme et beau, très relaxant. A recommander absolument.
We really enjoyed staying with Sharon and Rick; after quite a stressful experience of airports, US border control and hiring a car, it was a relief to arrive at a beautiful home and receive a friendly welcome. The bedroom was gorgeous, the bathroom is great and the shower was super! Rick gave us a delicious breakfast and we really enjoyed meeting him. Many thanks, we would definitely come again!
Sharon and Rick live in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. It was a pleasure to be in such a tranquil area that is so accessible to Plum Island and Cape Ann. There is really so much to see and do nearby. The accommodations were very comfortable, and we would definitely book another stay with them! Sharon and Rick were very warm and helpful with tips about what to see and where to eat in the area. They even supplied us with water bottles on the hot days we were there! We couldn't have asked for better hosts.
We only stayed for 1 of our 3 nights due to a change of plan. Rick and Sharon were very helpful in enabling us to make the change.
They were flexible as to the time of arrival but it happened to dovetail with a family event so our arrival was a bit chaotic.
By the evening that all changed and our hosts were cordial and helpful and hospitable and made a lovely breakfast.
Unexpectedly our son and nephew decided to bottle beer in the morning taking over the whole kitchen. So things were a little crazy at noon time plus we all wanted to get out on the water on this very warm day! Every beach was busy in the area. The busy day I have seen in years. The Cohens and ourselves had a very quiet breakfast with all the young people at work!
Sharon and Rick are gracious hosts. The home was well-appointed and clean. The room and bath were spacious and comfortable. Sharon prepared a tasty breakfast each morning, and even played with our baby while we sat back and enjoyed our morning coffee. Proximity to north shore beaches and Boston is a big plus. These hosts are very kind, it's apparent that they truly enjoy meeting new people and will go out of their way to make you comfortable.
Rick was a great host, who cooked up delicious scrambled eggs and toasted bread among other things for a big breakfast.
He is also a photographer who shared with us his work in documentary on the marsh and interesting photos.
It was a great experience.
