Feel free to use the space to get things done or even just to read in comfort.

We have a very large variety of teas and coffees (they're free for you to enjoy!) and a powerful gas range stove for good home cooking.

We're looking forward to meeting you and making your stay in SF one to remember!!

Pedro's place is fantastic. It's a hidden gem within the quiet part of Castro but quite close to all the happenings. 10-15 min walk to Noe Valley and heart of Castro. It does take a hike up the hill to get back to this place but I did not mind it :-). Plenty of space to park your car as well which was one of the reasons I originally chose this place. Pedro is a great host and has offered great suggestions to eat, go around and even to buy a place in San Francisco. Victoria and Danny are also great to hang out with! We've made friends with all of them with this stay. Would highly recommend this place if you get the opportunity.

Great location for our New Year's celebration. Some of our favorite SF neighborhoods are just a few minutes walk and a view overlooking the city (and fireworks) is just out the door. Hercules is the resident dog there. He is very more or less quiet and well behaved - a good roommate! We got upgraded to the bigger room but the whole house is quite nice. Highlight is the hot tub, private and secluded. I wish this were my permanent residence.

Pedro, Will & Ari were great hosts - all of the boys were happy to offer any local advice for the San Fran area and they were always happy to share stories and hang out. The listing is the perfect base to explore the interesting suburbs that you might not read about in any of the main guide books. A short downhill walk to Castro, then a bit further to Mission... You can catch a bus, but sometimes it is more interesting to walk the safe streets of San Fran.

We stayed with Pedro, Will and Ari for three nights, and it was a very good experience. All three of them are really friendly hosts. The room was clean and of a good size. The location is great! It's very close to castro, but it is secluded enough to give a good quiet stay. The guys were ready to offer help any time. They gave us our privacy while being very hospitable and attentive at the same time. I'd definitely recommend this place to my friends. Oh, there is a really cool dog in the house, who's well-behaved, but always ready to play.

We had a great stay at Pedro's place. He and his flatmate are great guys, and their dog was very friendly too. We had a lot of privacy, but some nice conversations with the hosts too. And the views are really great :)
