• Fully insulated with multiple heating systems
• Cozy year-round, though during rare extreme cold (below 0°F), indoor temps may stay around 65°F
• Extra blankets provided for added comfort
• 🚗 4WD or AWD recommended during winter months but not required. Roads are maintained and accessible.

We strongly recommend trip insurance in winter, as storms can occasionally impact travel plans.

🌲 Nature & Wildlife

Being surrounded by nature means you may occasionally see small bugs or spiders in warmer months despite regular pest control — part of the authentic mountain setting.

One exterior motion-activated camera faces the driveway only for guest and property safety. There are no interior cameras. Your privacy is very important to us and camera are there for protection of property only.

• Driveway and walkways cleared before arrival
• Shovel and salt provided if snow falls during your stay
• Plowing may occur during stays — you should be prepared to move your vehicle for plowing.
