This elegant Suite is is characterized by a paneled ceiling and walls which are decorated in shades of green. The suite is equipped with antique furniture, trundle bed that when closed makes a comfortable and relaxing seating area. Large cushions, white linen curtains and a small sofa under the window, which overlooks the arch of the 'Palazzo Gaddi Nicolini', the façade of the 'Palazzo del Banco di Santo Spirito del Sangallo', as well as the passage of Sant'Angelo Bridge and with a view of the mausoleum. The suite is approximately 40 square meters and comprises: entrance hall with corner kitchenette, living room with sofa bed, extendable table, large bathroom with large shower cubicle and ambient lighting.
Other Things to Note
*Check-in is from 2:00pm by appointment only and as the reception is not open all the time, so please inform us as early as possible of your expected time of arrival. Check-out is before 11:00am.
*There is an extra charge of 20 Euros for late check-ins after 10:00pm.
*Breakfast can be prepared in the kitchenette and we provide our guests with a complimentary breakfast basket (tea, coffee, Nescafé, crackers, biscuits, jam, Nutella, milk, soft drinks, mineral water and fruit juices).
*Reception is open from 9:00am to 7:00pm. Italian, English and Portuguese spoken.
*Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
*We can reserve rental cars, tour guides, theater tickets, etc on request of our guests.
*Please note: From January 1st 2011, a tourist tax has been imposed for visitors to Rome. The tax is 3.50 Euros per person, per night; excluding guests under the age of 10 years old. The tax is not included in the rates and should be paid in cash on arrival.
Ruggero was a wonderful host and helped us a lot finding the right places to eat and exploring the city.
The apartment is just amazing: perfectly located, very clean and very lovely decorated!
