Our house is 4 years old and in a quiet family neighborhood. There is a swimming pool across the street, a park, tennis courts and a community center. We are also walking distance to Pena Adobe which is a historical site with a museum and scenic hiking trails overlooking the city of Vacaville. We are also close to historic downtown Vacaville, and many shops such as Starbucks, McDonalds, and Inshape Sport Club. We also have a Neighborhood Walmart walking distance from our home that has groceries.
Please no smoking in the home. Please clean up after yourself.
We arrived to a clean, comfy bedroom with a gorgeous bath adjoining, complete with deep soaking tub. Debbie was a friendly host who thoughtfully offered us tea in the evening and breakfast fixings the next morning. She provided an extra comforter and showed us how to adjust the heat for what turned out to be a chilly night. The neighbors were a bit noisy late Saturday night, but everything calmed down pretty quickly so we got a good night's sleep.
This was our inaugural airbnb experience, and a nice way to start!
Great experience at my first airbnb. Debbie and her lovely princess, Bella welcome us.
Her bed is big (king-sized) and soft. Room comes with ceiling fan and her bathroom comes with separated bathtub and shower room. We have actually slept very early due to jetlag. The room turn cool when we opened the window with ceiling fan on. Thanks, Debbie!
Debbie was a warm and welcoming host. She's a people person and not a fussbudget. Like she said, "Housework can wait. It's more important to be social." For those who are neatniks, this may not be their place. That said, the guest room was very clean and spacious with a huge private bathroom. The neighborhood felt family friendly and safe. For the price, I thought it was a deal.
Debbie was a great host, very accommodating. We arrived late at night, and she welcomed us warmly and friendly. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, and has lots of natural light. It was very nice sharing our experiences in the bay area with Debbie!
We really enjoyed staying at Debbie's place. It was great; almost new house; clean; quiet; and peaceful place. The family welcomed us well and we really loved the place. Actually this is one of the best places that I did in AirBnB.
Debbie was very personable and accommodating for my sister and I who came in late and left early. As a first time air b n ber, she made me feel comfortable and welcome. Would definitely stay again! Thanks Debbie.
We had a lovely stay at Debbie’s Vacaville home. The master bedroom had a huge bed and beautiful (and very clean!) bathroom. Debbie even included a hotel-like shampoo and soap bar for our use. We had a friend join us, for which she gave us a deal to rent the second bedroom, though the second bathroom's lights didn’t work (she tried to resolve the issue, but no luck). The house itself is very new and nice, but there is just a lot of stuff in the house. Not an issue, but it was a different experience for us compared to other airbnb places we have stayed at in the past.
Debbie was responsive and easy to communicate with, and very friendly. When we first arrived, we wanted to rest, so Debbie took her active granddaughter who was visiting to the McDonalds around the corner, leaving the house quiet for us - very considerate! She was also washing the master bedroom comforter when we arrived, which we very much appreciated. Debbie also offered us tea, coffee and english muffins during our stay.
Other things to note are that Debbie does not have internet. She also did not provide us a key to be able to come and go as we please, which we were used to from other airbnb locations.
I am a teacher in the VUSD. I enjoy bike riding,
reading and socializing. Part of my time is spent at the gym working out and swimming. I like a clean and tidy home.
I will do my best to ensure you have a great experience in my home. There are many great places to eat and shop near me that are within walking distance. I am willing to do long term stays if requested.
