At first, I'm sorry that you are not satisfied with our services. I was happy to help you with the code as it, indeed, was our fault to provide you with the wrong one.
However, why didn't you call me to complain about other problems? Towels issue can be solved on the spot.
Also please have a look at our pictures more carefully - the third place for sleep is visible in Picture 6. If it is not enough - you can always ask for something else or choose other apartments.
Sorry for the bathroom - we will contact our external service provider and draw consequences (but we could also do it on that specific day = less stress and better comfort for you :) ).
