I am a visual artist who loves to build things with my hands! My wife and I purchased property in Kerhonkson, NY to build a Residency and Retreat Center, AOS R&R. We also run a non profit in the city that supports the development of artists called Arts On Site NYC. We bought property with the intent of creating an artist residency program that promotes the goals of our non profit. My wife and I share our time between Kerhonkson and NYC. We appreciate the opportunity to escape into the outdoors, but love the city for all of the beautiful people and strong sense of community.
