The apartment is in an upscale newer building completed in 2007.
The building features 24 hours per day/ 7 days per week security, 4 modern elevators, pool, and guests have access to the Observatory Deck on the 25th floor of the building.
The building also has an outdoor pool and a gym and sauna.
It is a perfect alternative for those that do not want to be cramped in a smaller hotel room or apartment. No expense was spared furnishing this apartment.
Most of the furnishings are imported from Europe.

There is a balcony off the living room. Both feature an amazing view of the city. There is a plasma TV in both the living room and the bedroom.

Upon arrival, our staff will meet you at your apartment with your keys and orient you with the apartment. We will also collect a damage deposit that will be refunded after your stay, provided that everything is in the same condition as when you arrived. If anything is damaged or missing, you agree to pay the cost to repair or replace it. If the cost is more than the security deposit, you agree to cover the remaining balance due.
Security deposits of $500 are payable before arrival to AirBnB. Client agrees to pay for any damage to the property or missing items.
· A passport or national ID must be presented at the check-in. The use of the property by more than the capacity limits of the property will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement.
· Anyone booking an apartment with us agrees not to have parties or loud music playing. If neighbors complain and/or the police are called, it may result in the immediate eviction of the tenant regardless of the time of day or night. This will also result in the loss of prepaid rent. Quiet time in the properties is from 10 PM to 10 AM.
· Rental guests agree not to exceed the maximum occupancy listed on the website. If rental guests exceed the maximum occupancy of the apartment, owner/manager may immediately evict them with no refund of the unused portion of the rental period. At NO time can the maximum occupancy be exceeded.
· By booking with our firm you agree to our terms and conditions and expected to abide by these rules. You will also be expected to sign these rules upon check-in on your date of arrival.
Everything work fine. Pick up from the airport check in and out. The apartment is what i expected.
The apartment was great. Location was outstanding and Michael and his team were remarkably attentive, professional and great hosts.
The apartment is located in a wonderful neighborhood. I stayed on unit 12 B which was great. It was quiet, fully furnished with everything you need, and had access to everything within the block, including food, supermarkets, cafes, I've cream stores.... and more.
It had great wire less Internet too. Fast.
I'm from Buenos Aires which means I can see a great place to stay at from afar, and Michael ' s was such a place. Wonderful.
The process of checking in was great and there is a manual that explains everything about the house.
The view was amazing.
I recommend taking advantage of Jaime who drove me to and from the airport. He is a very nice person and helpful.
The building has 24 has security which makes you feel very safe.

I rented two apartments from Michael (PS14 &PS15).
Location is terrific and Michael is very attentive.
Both apartments were advertised with a working washer & (website hidden) 14 only has a washer and the dryer for PS15 wasn't working. In all fairness Michael did ask the management staff to fix the dryer (we never heard from them) and also offered to reinburse us for wash/drying but when renting a luxury apartment all appliances should be in working order.
The apartments were advertised with a gym and pool. Upon arrival we were told we could not use the gym or the pool due to an issue with a previous renter. Again, you should not include amenities as part of a rental if you can't use them or they are not in working order.
The management company isn't the most organized. Originally I was asked to provide just my passport numbers. Less than a week before our arrival (we had already started our trip) I get a request to send passport photos of all the guest.
Overall: I would recommend the apartment. Although it is starting to get slightly worn it is nice and the locataion is terrific.
Communication, customer care and apartment were spot on. Everything was as it appeared on airbnb and you are well looked after upon arrival. These guys are here to help and make sure your stay is as stress free as possible.
The apartment is excellent, but different than staying in a hotel. This was my first vacation apartment experience and it worked out well. The concierge services were very helpful and list of suggestions, etc. Michael made a detailed process very easy. I was very pleased when my plane was delayed 12 hours and I arrived at 4:30am that the apartment was set up with the keys waiting for me at the front desk.

Hi, I'm Michael and I'm American. I have more apartment rental experience in Buenos Aires than anyone out there. In fact, I created the luxury apartment rental industry in Buenos Aires back in 2002 when I started the first luxury short-term apartment rental company. I've been renting out my properties in Buenos Aires ever since. I love working with AirBnb guests and have had only positive experience with hundreds of guests over the years.
