The space

The master bedroom with its ensuite bath exudes tranquility, while the second bedroom offers a plush king-size bed for added comfort. Additionally, a convenient laundry room and 1.5 baths ensure practicality and convenience for guests.

Step outside from the kitchen onto the covered patio, where outdoor furniture beckons for moments of relaxation and al fresco dining. The open backyard with beautiful views of the mountains complete with hot tub provide a serene outdoor oasis for guests to enjoy.

Other things to note
Traeger smoker is available on the lower back patio for guest use; guests to supply their own pellets.

Outdoor furniture on back patio is not accessible for guests November thru March. It’s moved into the garage to protect it from the winter elements.

Guests will want to have a car to explore all that the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding mountains have to offer.

No Pets (Minimum $250 charge for violations).

No Smoking/Vaping (Minimum $200 charge for violations).

Guests will be charged a minimum of $100 if they stay past 10 am check out without approval from host.

On July 3rd each year, Riverton City has a parade that runs down the road to our home therefore there is no access to the house from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm on July 3rd. Guests who book July 3rd will need to make sure they plan accordingly.
