Spacious 2d floor end unit condo with large balcony to enjoy meals and ocean views. Fiberoptic WiFi is available. We are located in a gated community with 24-hour security on site. For surfers, there is a reef break right in front and a world-class reef/point break in Playa Negra 15 minutes away. There is a resort-style pool facing the beach.

Where you’ll be

Playa Junquillal, Provincia de Guanacaste, Costa Rica

Property is right on the black sand beach where you can swim, boogie board and at times surf. There is an estuary a 10-minute walk away. You will see holler monkeys, iguanas, variety of birds and butterflies. Beach offers miles of serene walks and tide pools to explore marine life.

For surfers, world-class playa Negra break is 10 minutes drive.

There is variety of restaurants to choose from. Our favorites are Mundo Milo and Guacamaya.

Tamarindo is 40 minutes away and offers night life, multitude of international restaurant choices, boat tours, horseback riding and other tourist activities.

Several national parks are within 2 hour drive and offer hiking, waterfalls, hot-springs, canyoneering, canopy/zip-line, volcanic activity and nature tours.
