Enjoy the pool that is located between the main house and the cottage!

The space
Sea-batical is located in the heart of Elbow Cay, just minutes from several restaurants, shops, beautiful beaches and the charming settlement of Hope Town.   It is a  5 minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach, Firefly or On Da Beach Bar and Grill.

Sleeps 14-16 total! The main house  sleeps 10.  The guest cottage sleeps 4.  The pool house sleeps 2 (no bathroom so perfect for teenage boys).  can be rented separately or together.  

You will love the open space of the Seabatical main house... perfect for large gatherings!

The estate also includes a swimming pool, fruit trees and lush tropical landscaping throughout.

There is an optional boat slip you can add. Use of bikes.

There is a Blackstone griddle grill and a gas grill for your use

Boat Slip Option
A guaranteed boat slip is available that can accommodate boats up to 45’. The slip includes water and electric hookups (usage paid to marina separately) and is conveniently located within walking distance at Sunset Marina.

We are able to secure the slip for you at a discounted rate, and you would simply reimburse us for the cost.

Washer & Dryer Info

Our washer and dryer are connected to the cistern, so to help conserve water we don’t include unlimited use in the standard rental. Most guests only stay a week and don’t need it, so we’ve discounted the rental rate by $250 instead.

If you’re staying longer than a week, you can schedule a 24-hour use period at no cost.

If you’d like unlimited washer/ dryer use, it can be added back for $250/week or $400/2 weeks.

There’s also a laundry depot just down the street if you need anything done quickly.
