This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
A beautiful family-owned house in Karvounas cottages. It is situated in a spectacular location in the heart of Cyprus (10' from Troodos, 35' from Limassol, 50' from Nicosia ). With it's unique location, you can enjoy the sun without feeling the heat. It is a perfect choice for guests who want to relax and also for guests who want to travel all around Cyprus!! All our guests are able to check a guidebook which shows great places to visit that only local people know!

The space
The first thing you will notice is how clean and tidy our house is! You will always have clean sheets, clean towels and most importantly a nice and homely smell!
The house has a one bedroom with a double bed and a couch convertible into bed, a cosy living room (with 2 couchs convertible to bed and a huge balcony with flowers and trees. Our kitchen has all facilities (cooking utensils). It can easily accommodate 5 persons.

Where you’ll be

Kyperounta, Limassol, Cyprus

It is very near to Troodos (10') 10' from Kakopetria, 35' from Limassol and 50' from Nicosia (by car). The climate at this Location is fantastic. No airconditioning needed. You can enjoy the sun without feeling the heat of Cyprus. Moreover, traditional cypriot taverns nearby at Kakopetria and Troodos. Also many nature trails (especially for toursim) very near the house to explore!!! Please check out my Quidebook.
