Welcome to paradise!!!!

This suite offers all the comforts of home, in a tranquil resort setting amidst expertly manicured gardens teeming with tropical birds. It is located on the first floor, boasting white French style doors, wooden Louvre windows and is fully air conditioned.

These suites are among the largest in Ocho Rios and comparable properties with these modern amenities are not many.

A spacious living room which also features a modern kitchenette, offers amenities which include a breakfast bar, microwave oven and a full sized refrigerator.

The living room features the suite’s television set, sofa and coffee table plus a day bed for extra guests when sleeping in excess of two persons. There is an adjoining bedroom featuring a king sized bed which may be converted into two singles on request, also your suite carries private bath/shower facilities and a patio with seating for four which is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. The bedroom also features a safety deposit box.

Housekeeping is provided as well as bath linens and toiletries.

Prepare your own healthy meals within the adequately stocked kitchen or have the on-site restaurant cater room service while you enjoy this intimate tropical retreat. It offers the vacation option you desire rather than the one available for you.

Airport shuttle service is available at an additional cost of US$23.00 per person between the resort and the Sangster's International Airport in Montego Bay (MBJ)

Oh, oh, did we mention that persons staying for a minimum of seven nights will have the use of a courtesy mobile phone with enough international minutes to let everyone know you've arrived safely and just how awesome this suite is? Oh we thought we left that out by accident.

Now please do not rush your decision, all listings are not as similar as they may seem. Look at what the other options are providing, then make an informed choice, paying less could cost you more in the long run.

What to look for:
- Is the location central enough for you to walk around?
- Will bath supplies & linens be provided?
- Will towels and linens be changed during your stay?
- Is there 24hr security
- Is there air conditioning "throughout"?
- Does the unit look 'lived in'?
- Was a bathroom picture included?
- How's the kitchen?
- Do they have any reviews?
- Are the renters verified?

Walk good, we hope to hear from you soon.

  • This is really a wonderful vacation spot. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property was well kept, condo was clean and in good condition. Excellent value for your money. The restaurant on the property served good food, and all the staff was friendly and helpful. Location is ideal, close to everything Ocho Rios has to offer. A nice surprise was the provision of a complimentary cell phone for local calls, and emergency contact with the host. Randy was super in making us feel welcome. We highly recommend this venue to anyone needing somewhere to spend a nice vacation in Ocho Rios. This must be the best kept secret in Jamaica. Go Brian and Randy.

  • Our stay in Mistique Ridge Brayn's condo was excellent with nice view directly to swimming pool from the balcony. 5 minutes to the city and public beach. Bryan provided us also with local cell phone (for free), which was very usefull. Apparment was clean, everything was prefect. Thank you Bryan!

  • Brian was very accommodating and helpful. The place was clean and the surroundings were beautiful. Definitely a good alternative from getting an all inclusive.

  • It was an incredible experience and our host made our stay an unforgettable moment. I would recommend this venue anyone looking for an exciting resort.

    October 2013
  • The place is modern, clean, centrally located and in a safe, secure community. I would definitely return, and recommend it to anyone.

  • My wife and I stayed at Brian's apartment for 10 days in June 2013. First of all I would say that we would give Brian 11/10 if it was possible, as he was a great host! He was quick with responses in the weeks before we arrived and it stayed like that while we were there. The room is exactly like the pictures, if not better. The bedroom and the living room had AC which worked.

The apartment was a great place to stay in. The apartment was spotlessly cleaned and stayed that way throughout our stay thanks to Rosie, our smiling house keeper.

The great thing about the place was that it had a microwave, a BIG fridge (which on arrival had drinks and water in, thanks Brian), Flat screen TV, overhead shower and balcony over looking the pool. Even had a little breakfast bar to eat food prepared on the halogen hob! If you don't feel like cooking, on site, about 1min walk to the other side of the pool (which is GREAT to swim in) is a restaurant which serves breakfast, drinks, lunch and dinner. Choice is yours. The restaurant serves simple but very good food as well.

As for Brian, he makes you feel very safe. He is only a phone call away. The microwave broke down (in life things happen), and the same day, he got the cleaner to bring over a new one! That was because we were able to call him on the mobile he gave us to use while we were there! He has his number and the house keeper's number programmed in! He called every now and then just to make sure we was doing OK and answered any questions and gave local advice too.

The area is very safe. We felt at ease walking around the complex, day and night and the place is not packed at all. At most we shared the pool with no more than say 5 or 6 people. It might be the time of year we went but there's no 6am deckchair claiming required!

The town is about 10mins walk away which is next to the beach. The resort is on top of a steep hill but is worth it for the great views.

We had free wifi which was great!

We would definitely go back! Brian, thanks for being a GREAT host!

  • I stayed at Brian's place last weekend and it was great! Very comfortable, the pool was great and the apartment is exactly like the pictures! The location is also wonderful, walking distance from several key areas in Ocho Rios. I plan to stay here again!

  • This location was simply wonderful. It is the kind of place that you want to tell everyone about it, but afraid to do because there might not be any availability in the future. This was really good value for your money. The condo is really nice and looks just like the pictures. It is extremely clean, not clutter or anything like that. Linen is really clean and it was just a nice quite location. The condo is an area that is really close to the center of town and a stone throw away from the beach. It is nicely situated next to a few places to eat. The condo is within a property where part of it is used for a hotel which was a really nice added feature. There is a restaurant on the property and a nice pool as is pictured in the description. Brian was a really nice host. He is EXTREMELY responsive and helpful. Whenever you contacted him, I would always get him. I plan to stay here in the future when I return to Ocho Rios. I would highly recommend his property.

  • If I could rate this 10 stars instead I would!!!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful and pristinely clean!! There is a wonderful bar and restaurant on the property - there is a Jerk Center just at the bottom of the hill... the location is close to everything - and one of the best parts is you can hear Dunn's River running in the forrest behind the apartment.

Brian was there to meet us, had juice (real Jamaican juice - not the processed tourist stuff) in the fridge.. was very hospitaible - visited with us and made sure we were settled before he left!! He even called the next morning to make sure we enjoyed our first night there!

The food at the restaurant was amazing and not pricey at all.

I wish we had spent more time in Ocho Rios on our trip.... on our next visit, we will DEFINITELY stay here!!

    Thanks Brian!!

I'm from Ocho Rios, Jamaica which is undoubtedly the eco-venture capital of Jamaica. I like to share my culture with everyone I meet, so be careful not to get me started.I have a passion for the hospitality industry and have spent the last 12 years improving on what I do and how I can better myself in it. In my free time I do charity work with the local Rotary Club and all other time is spent in the pursuit of knowledge at the local university. Ironically I still lack the discipline to sit and read a book but make it (email hidden) or action movie and I'm a devout follower. I'd love to take a cruise someday and find the Tri-State area (NY, NJ & CT) the only place to be and not get home sick. To say my sarcasm is mild puts it lightly. My free time's spent hanging out with friends at restaurants and going to the movies. I also love anime. NARUTO... I love to travel meet new people and buy stuff online. Retail therapy fixes me. lol I'm happy to share aspects of my culture with all guests by facilitating them with the tools needed to explore my Jamaica independently. I encourage responsible tourism which allows visitors to not only appreciated the cultural diversity and natural beauty of Jamaica, but also the way we live, eat and worship. Ahmmm, yup..... that's it.
