Harveyville is a quiet, small-town in southeast Kansas.
Located only 30 minutes from Topeka, Emporia, Manhattan, Lawrence, Osage City, and many more surrounding areas.
Close proximity to KU, K-State, and Emporia State University.
Lakes in the surrounding areas- Wabaunsee Lake, Pomona Lake, Perry Lake, Milford Lake, Malvern Lake, Clinton Lake.
Numerous WIHA sites in the area.
Great hunting in the area ; deer, ducks, geese, & turkeys.
The space
3 private bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Bedrooms have extra sitting areas, extra linens, and large closet spaces to hang your clothes. Master bedroom has king-sized bed, large TV with Netflix, and a full bathroom. Bedroom 1 has queen sized bed and bedroom 2 has a full sized bed. There is an inflatable full mattress and bedding stored in the master bedroom closet if needed, please repack if used. All living is on one floor and no stairs in the house. Full kitchen with all your cooking/entertaining needs such as kitchen aid mixer, coffee machine/grinder, dishes, pots, pans, etc. Living room has full-sized couch that has recliners on both ends. Office space, full laundry room with soap. Fenced-in back yard with a BBQ, Fully furnished covered deck on the front of the home. Tons of extra parking.

Guests will have access to home/ backyard/ garage/ decks/ and storm shelter basement.

Harveyville is a small, rural community. There’s a city park, a feed/hardware store and one restaurant bar. Nearby towns of Burlingame and Auburn have fuel, convenience stores and food. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy country life.
