Comfortable, spacious room only five minutes from Beverly Hills and very close to public transportation, restaurants, and the beach. Great, safe neighborhood and friendly hosts.
Beautiful, bright and welcoming room five minutes from lovely Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, and other luxurious tourist destinations. Very private room comes with full sized bed, night stand, drawers, toaster oven, and its own entrance.
We are located 5 minutes from Culver City, 15 minutes from Venice Beach, Marina Del Ray, Santa Monica, and Hollywood/Sunset Blvd, as well as two minutes away from the 405 and 10 highways. If you take public transportation, we are about a 1.5 mile walk from the nearest subway and five minutes from different bus stops on a main LA street.
Located in the Beverlywood neighborhood of West LA, our apartment has hardwood floors, Wifi, and a big backyard. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and family-oriented.
***If you need a kitchen, this is not a suitable option. We keep a kosher kitchen and provide you with your own plates, utensils, and toaster. The oven, our microwave, our stovetop and everything except for the sink and the refrigerator are not available for use.**
-We have two dogs. One is small and the other is medium sized. Both are extremely friendly.
Bathroom, own entrance, backyard, refrigerator.
We would love to meet you and chat! :)
Close to everything, it's safe, it's friendly, and it's beautiful and lined with palm trees.
Yes, we are right near many bus lines.
We didn't meet Kylie, but she was very convenient with our "check in". Thanks Kylie.
Great stay. We needed a last minute place for two nights and Kylie was very accommodating. The room is private and separate from the main part of the house so we could come and go as we pleased. We were quite busy so we weren't there much. The bathroom in the main part of the house was great. It is also close to a main road which had bus routes.
Unfortunately, my three day booking only lasted 20 minutes. I booked this room at a short notice bcz it seemed convenient & inexpensive.... Honestly, I feel as though this listing shouldn't even exist. Checking in was a hassle, the "friendly" dog (apparently a pitbull) on property actually jumped up & somewhat nipped at my arm. The room smelled pungent & stale, the handwritten notes were written on scrap pieces of paper passed around for however long were uninviting & offensive. The bathroom was cluttered with their belongings & there was dust everywhere.
All in all, small issues could of been handled and made the stay worth it but it's obvious the hosts just want quick money. This was my FIRST booking & I had low expectations & yet still I was not happy.
I feel bad reviewing so harshly when I never even met Kylie so I mean no disrespect.... If you want to book in the area, spend a little more money: you won't regret it.
It actually was a frightening experience. NO parking and dogs that ravagly attack the door you must go through to get to the bathroom. In spite of the promise from Kylie to return texts, she never once replied to five texts in which I begged her to please help me. I felt scared, vulnerable and do not recommend this Air BnB.
Very good location in LA and very nice place to stay. Recommend. All 3 dogs are cute and very friendly!
The room at Kylie's was a great size, comfortable bed, plenty of space. Be careful with the toaster oven, it definitely set off the smoke alarm. It's a little bit of a hassle to have to walk through the house to get to the bathroom, and the neighbors are a little noisy. But overall, it was a nice and comfortable stay. And Kylie's dogs are very adorable and sweet.
Acceptable to the price, wasn't really well insulated, but radiator works well. We never met our host, which was kind of awkward, but she does provide accurate guidelines.
Really friendly and inviting people. The room is super clean and maintained.
The place was clean and neat. It is hard to find a parking in the evening near house. Instructions were clear. I attended a teacher training in LA for two long days. The neighborhood can be loud on weekends... so if you have to wake up at 6am then it's hard to get a good night sleep. Also it is quite loud when everyone comes home late at night - doors, walking, talking etc. and it can go on until very late. If that doesn't bother you then it's the perfect place to rent for the money!
This was a good value for a simple room. The location is great if you have a cast, easy parking and quick drives to different parts of LA.
