Enjoy this unique 1 bedroom/2 bed , 1.5 bath A Frame on the Chocolay River approximately 5 miles from downtown Marquette, just off of HWY M-28. Expect traffic noise. It has aQ bed upstairs with an attached full bath with shower/no tub and a Full size sofa/futon downstairs with a half bath on the main floor. There is a narrow spiral stairway leading upstairs. The washer and dryer and electric sauna are located in the basement which has an outdoor entrance only, accessible by the outdoor stairs.

The space
This recently remodeled home is located on the Chocolay River. You can kayak or canoe to beautiful Lake Superior and the beaches or just choose to fish right off the river bank next to your fire in the fire pit. There is direct access to the North Country Hiking Trail and snowmobile trails. It’s about 5 miles to downtown Marquette and in close proximity to Marquette Mountain for downhill skiing plus many cross country ski and hiking trails. There is an outdoor entrance to the basement where there is a washer and dryer and an electric sauna. There is a narrow spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom and the full bath. The half bath is located on the main floor. The sofa/futon on the main floor fold out to a full size bed. There will be traffic noise but I think you will find this home a relaxing and comfortable place to enjoy your down time.

You will have access to the entire house and large outdoor area. There is space for snowmobile and bike trailers.
