☞ PETS. Pets are not permitted on the property unless agreed upon in advance, with a deposit of $250 minimum to cover cleaning and property permits dogs weighing up to 35 lbs. No more than one pet will be accepted. $500+ fine for a pet without previous arrangement.
☞ STRICT NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS POLICY. Only the allowed number of guests may be on the property. Violations will result in immediate action and penalties.

☞ EARLY CHECK-IN. Early check-in is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Availability can only be confirmed the evening before or on the day of arrival. ‣ Bugs & Critters: 🦋😄- We routinely spray the property for bugs and insects and treat for pest control. However, if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Texas is at the top of the list of pest-friendly states..😁 To help prevent this, keep the doors closed and alert us if any of these little creatures came out so we treat some more.
‣ Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4 pm; check-out at 11 am. Late checkout/early check-in requests must be approved.
‣ Operating Hours: 8 am to 8 pm. For emergencies outside these hours, call or text.
‣ Quiet Hours: After 9 pm, no amplified sound.
‣ Parties: No parties allowed. $1,000 fine per day and eviction apply.
‣ Unregistered Guests: $200 per guest per night fee and/or eviction for unauthorized overnight guests.
‣ Filming/Photoshoots: NOT ALLOWED.

‣ Liability Waiver: We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses on the premises.
