Perfect from start to finish! Caroline was a great host and was quick to answer questions both before and during our stay in her lovely Paris apartment. My wife, 5 year old little girl and I used it as our home base for exploring Paris and especially the Latin Quarter. So. Much. Fun! Everything was within steps out the front door from one of the best street markets on Rue Mouffetard (URL HIDDEN) to a fully stocked supermarket and a superb creperie (URL HIDDEN) a block away. Anything you want to do is literally at your feet with a Metro stop just down the street. The flat was impeccably clean and had more or less all the things you might need. We slept in the bedroom, which had a nice full sized and comfortable bed while our daughter had fun sleeping on the fold out bed in the living room. The windows face a small courtyard and help light the apartment. It rained the whole time we were there and we never even noticed. Caroline (or the great apartment guide) let us know all the info we needed like how to get a taxi to CDG as we had lots of luggage from living abroad for 6 months. They even brought a van with movies for our daughter! The bnbsitter service was there to meet us and let us in to the apartment exactly on our planned time, which was significantly earlier than most hosts allow for which we were grateful after travelling for many hours overnight. All of this helped to make our experience in flat feel like we were in our own little home in Paris. We could not have asked for a better experience and I would be happy (and lucky!) to be able to stay there again. We loved it!

It was great to stay in Caroline's house. Although she was not there cuz she was traveling too, she carefully checked our schedule before we arrive there. The apartment was well equipped, cozy and nice. Strongly recommend to all who visit Paris!

Caroline's apartment is very beautiful and clean. Though she was not in town but she booked a BnBsitter to help us. The Latin quarter is very safe and convenient, and Caroline's houseguide is so helpful. Thank you!

We had wonderful time in Caroline's apartment . The location is perfect, everything is so close and reachable. The apartment is like a doll house, sweet, cosy, clean and well equipped. The BNB sitter welcomed us , he was punctual and friendly. Everything went perfect! The only thing which was a bit of a problem was the size of the open sofa in the leaving room, which is suitable for 2 young kids. We recommend warmly!!!!

The apartment was very nice. You had everything tou need. It is indeed cozy and you can feel like home. Caroline was very nice to leave us all indications and suggestions on the neigbourhood that proved very useful. The neighbourhood is the best in Paris, close to everything you want to see in the latin quarter

A really nice Parisian Flat. Had everything we needed for 5 days. Easy access to Metro and easy walking distance to beautiful parks and a Museum. Really close to all shops required - groceries, pharmacies etc but not noisy in the apartment. Markets were great. Also felt very secure with security door at front of building. I would stay there again.

The neighbourhood of Caroline’s apartment is lively and so convenient in ARR5, Paris. Bus stations, Metro station, RER station, Jardin des plante, favourite baker Gregoire, supermarket express, and open markets are all within from three to ten minutes walking distance. Getting to Louver, Eiffel Tower, River Seine, Notre Dame, other parks and museums is easy. Caroline’s House Guide is an excellent and meticulously compiled guide you must read before seeing around Paris and its neighbourhood. The space of the apartment is same as shown in Airbnb’s ad’s photos. It is secure and comfortable as if it was my friend’s home. It has everything a typical household has, say fully equipped kitchen with full set of utensils, washer, disk washer. The detergents Caroline provides are mostly eco-friendly products. The pity thing was the washer’s powder drawer or feeder was infested with mould possibly due to warmer weather. This made us unable to use it during our seven nights of stay, but Caroline was quick to solve the problem by proposing us to use nearby laundry shop, reimbursing our laundry bill generously. On day one, although it was unexpectedly that we spotted a strand of hair in bathtub, it was clean once we cleared of it ourselves. Overall, we have had a pleasant stay in her apartment.
