Kate's house was even more beautiful than the photos depict! It is very spacious, light and still comfortable. We also had our 6 month old daughter with us and it worked out great and we were able to leave our stroller at the bottom as there are a lot of stairs. Kate was prompt at getting back to us and we would gladly stay there again. The only thing to note is that there is currently a lot of construction going on across the street but finishes by 5:30 everyday.
Kate is an amazing host! She is very responsive and helpful. And the apartment is even nicer than the pictures depict. The decks were great for reading a morning magazine in the sun, or just people watching on a weekend afternoon. The apartment was really clean, impeccably decorated, and felt homey all at once. The location is also super convenient. And even with the craziness of Bedford and N7th on a weekend, the apartment was quiet when the windows were closed! We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.
This place was amazing! We were sorry we couldn't stay longer to enjoy it!
My boyfriend and I stayed at Kate's for two nights recently, and it was amazing. Easily one of our best Airbnb experiences. The apartment was clean, spacious and really well put together. Basically, I have an apartment crush on Kate's style! We loved getting to spend some outside time on her decks - so hard to find an apartment that has this. The location is awesome (steps from the subway, right in the heart of Williamsburg.) Would be pretty ideal for someone who doesn't know their way around the area, given how convenient it is.
Kate made check-in really easy, and we didn't have any kind of logistical issues. A really successful stay! Thanks Kate!
Kate was a dream host - flexible, responsive and kind enough to accommodate an insanely last minute request to spend the weekend in her home. Her penthouse is unbelievable with quirky decor and a private rooftop terrace! Even cooler than the photos depict, and it's just a stone’s throw away from the best Williamsburg has to offer from boutique shopping to trendy bars and restaurants. The L train is a few paces from the building entrance which offers easy access to Manhattan and the rest of Brooklyn. I would highly recommend Kate’s pad for a unique, lavish and truly local Williamsburg experience.
Kate was such a flexible and gracious host. I messed up the day I was to check-in and she patiently worked with me to correct my error. The apt is the perfect location for Brooklyn and is beatifully decorated.
