This is a vibrant tourist area with lively streets and neighbors. Expect typical sounds of island life (music, chatter, etc.), especially in evenings. For absolute quiet, consider remote mountain villas instead.

3. Air Conditioning:
Many homes in Tenerife (including this one) rely on natural breezes and fans. AC is not standard due to the mild climate. Check the Amenities section to confirm what's provided.

Arona, Canarias, Spain

This apartment is located in the heart of Playa de Las Américas, just a few minutes walk from the beach (Playa de Troya) and a multitude of shopping establishments, restaurants, leisure areas, pharmacies. It's quite close to Siam Park and Siam Mall.

You do not need a car to enjoy your holiday: Supermarkets are just around the corner and less than 5 min walking distance there are restaurants, bars and cafés.

The beach "Playa de las Américas" is 850 m away.

The golf course is also close to the holiday apartment. The airport Tenerife South is about 18 km away, the drive takes about 20 minutes.
