This room features two semi-double mattresses, a private shower, toilet, and a mini-kitchen.

Please note: This is a new wooden structure. Footsteps or suitcase rolling sounds may sometimes travel between floors. Thank you for your understanding.

After booking, we will provide you with a list of restaurants in the Otsuka area that have been carefully selected by SUNPIKA staff, as well as a list of living information such as supermarkets and coin laundries.

Simple cooking is allowed. It is fully equipped with simple tableware for 3 people, a small refrigerator, an IH cooking heater (2 burners), a frying pan, a pot, a knife, a cutting board, salt and pepper.

Guest access
Feel free to use the first floor, which is a shared lobby for the 3 rooms. On the 1st floor there is "KIRIN NO MA", and on the 2nd floor there are "SHISHI NO MA" and "RYŪ NO MA". The 3rd floor is "SORA NO MA".
Other things to note
To enjoy a more comfortable ride on JR Yamanote Line, we recommend avoiding weekday rush hours, especially:
Morning peak: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM
Evening peak: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
JR Ōtsuka Station can be very crowded during these times, particularly with commuters heading to or from central Tokyo.
If your schedule allows, traveling outside these hours will make your journey more relaxed and enjoyable.
