Guest access
The first floor from the entrance is a shared lobby for the 3 rooms, so please feel free to use it. "KIRIN NO MA" is on the 1st floor, "SHISHI NO MA" and "RYŪ NO MA" are on the 2nd floor, and "SORA NO MA" is on the 3rd floor.
Other things to note
To enjoy a more comfortable ride on JR Yamanote Line, we recommend avoiding weekday rush hours, especially:
Morning peak: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM
Evening peak: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
JR Ōtsuka Station can be very crowded during these times, particularly with commuters heading to or from central Tokyo.
If your schedule allows, traveling outside these hours will make your journey more relaxed and enjoyable.
