A lovely, roomy, comfortable home-away-from-home in an established neighborhood with mature trees throughout and open space trails right across the street. Full kitchen will all appliances and cookware. All amenities provided. Open space and bike/hiking trail is right across the street. Easy walk to Old Town restaurants, shops, and street faire.

The space
Fully furnished, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath eco-house in lovely, established neighborhood. Sleeps up to seven people. Two Tempurpedic queen beds, twin bunk beds, and single twin bed.

All sheets, towels, toiletries and kitchenware provided. Optional housekeeping services available.

Family room has T.V., futon, leather chairs, pillows, blankets, and shelves full of books, games, and puzzles.

Living room has Parlor grand piano and comfy, full grain leather sofas and chairs.

Each bedroom has an empty closet and dresser, clothes hangers, and hamper. Master bedroom has deck overlooking open space trail.

Entire house, double garage, deck and yard available to guests, with the exception of a small basement room and closet.

Included in price: Wifi and ethernet, premium cable TV, all utilities, optional home security, yard care, snow removal from city walks, front walk and driveway.

Garden space for annual vegetables, herbs, and flowers of your choice.

Sustainability features include ceiling fans, solar panels, double-glazed windows, 90% energy efficient furnace, and on-demand hot water system.

Our established neighborhood is full of mature trees and lovely open space with trails that lead to a nearby pond. Our local trails connect with other trails and open space areas throughout Louisville. There are numerous parks with playground equipment for kids. Old Town, and elementary and middle schools are all within walking distance. Neighbors are nice and respectful.

I grew up in Boulder, Colorado and, for many years, toured the country playing music. I settled with my family in Louisville, CO in 1991. Louisville has a wonderful, small town feel and we can walk to Old Town and enjoy a fabulous meal any time. I am a bookkeeper and property manager by trade. I enjoy woodworking and recording music. In the summer, we go to the Boulder Chautauqua and Shakespeare Festival and the Central City Opera House.
