Enjoy all that Louisville has to offer:
Walk to Old Town for fine dining, shopping, street faire, art exhibits, and concerts.
Walking/biking trailhead right across the street connects to open space and all local trails.
10 minute walk to bus stop, 30 minute bus ride into downtown Boulder and no hassling with parking!
Absolutely no smoking anywhere on premises. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis. Entertaining is fine, but in consideration for our neighbors guests are asked not to have late, loud parties. Guests are asked to keep city sidewalks and all entry walks, decks and porches clear of snow during the winter months; a shovel is provided.
The Hubbard-Hughes House is a wonderful place to stay. Pat, the owner, was extremely nice and helped us resolve any issues in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place. It's clean, the kitchen is very well stocked and overall very comfortable. The house is very energy efficient and stayed cool even during hot weather. It's in a great location within walking distance to downtown Louisville, parks, trails and very easy access into Boulder and Denver. The neighbors are also very nice. This is a great place to stay and feel like a local.
I grew up in Boulder, Colorado and, for many years, toured the country playing music. I settled with my wife and daughter in Louisville, Colorado in 1991. Louisville has a wonderful, small town feel and we can walk to Old Town and enjoy a fabulous meal any time.
I am a bookkeeper and property manager by trade. I enjoy woodworking and recording music.
In the summer, we go to the Boulder Chautauqua and Shakespeare Festival and the Central City Opera House.
