I spent three nights at John's place. I was very busy during the days and evenings so just came back to the house late to sleep. Though the bedding and towels were clean, the room itself needed attention. The furniture surfaces were not clean and the room wasn't presentable - seemed to be a work in progress. I did appreciate the quiet location though and there weren't many guests at the time so the house was peaceful. And John seemed very friendly and personable. I would consider returning but only if the room was clean and presentable.
