This room is in my basement of a 2-bedroom residential house. You will have a large private space with a full size bed, COTTON bedding which is vey very comfortable, and a height adjustable desk, which is great for people who likes working from home. A heater is provided, an iron and steamer as well. I couldn’t list everything, please ask me for others

This is a ranch house, your room is located in basement. A dehumidifier is ON for 24/7, so you should not feel any humidity. The room has new flooring, newly painted walls, brand new window and door. It’s very spacious, and a sofa and home office is behind the divider, you may use it upon request.
