Comfy bed for better sleep

The room-darkening shades and extra bedding are loved by guests.
This "private" Garden apartment, is part of the owners home and has all you will need to make yourself comfortable. Complete with linens, Smart TV and full kitchen. Laundry facilities available for "long term stays" and private parking is behind the home in the alley. It is a carpeted lodging so please remove your shoes at the door, then open up that suitcase and have yourself a Cuppa!

The space
This downtown kool & quiet, pet & smoke free, private garden apartment is a daylight basement with high ceilings and full size windows. It is only 10 blocks away from the heart of Downtown. It has a nice backyard to relax and enjoy a good book or some midnight sun.

Guest access
Private parking & owner shared backyard grill. Feel free to enjoy the picknick area and chairs.
I live upstairs, you have your own private access. There is no one else living on the property except me. I may sit with a freind in the backyard from time to time.

Other things to note
The apartment has steps, is carpeted and has some "down" pillows & blankets. There is an 8 ft ceiling hight with plenty of big windows "see photos". Please bring your slippers and remove your shoes at the door. Smoking is permitted in the backyard.
There is a 12% city Tax.

It is just blocks to downtown and is a little birders haven in the evening. Spring breakup season in Alaska is quite unpredictable so remember to bring your mush boots.
