Excellent location, stunning view from the roof Terrace which is accessible at all times. Strangely enough if you book directly it's cheaper. In fact, we paid just less than 110 for a room which price in low season is 70 Euro .

No place could be more scenic or in the middle of the action in Cefalù. You are in the center of town. Walk outside and there is a great little place to eat and drink with reasonable prices. The rooftop deck has the most magnificent view and do not miss the sunset. Quick walk to the beaches. My wife and I spend over a week with Nicole and Gina and enjoyed our stay. Parking is expensive in town, so think about the free parking in the port area. Keep your baggage to minimum, as there is no elevator and you have 67 steps to climb. We hope to return again.

Great spot inside the old historic quarter of the town, great choice of bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Panoramic views of the town and beach from the (underrated) roof top terrace where a great breakfast is served. Rooms tidy albeit smaller than expected. Access by car a bit of a challenge as streets not clearly signposted and satnav flawed; heavy suitcases difficult to take up four flights of (URL HIDDEN) extremely caring and helpful. As most Italian beach resorts, Cefalu's long sandy beach was totally packed with sand beds parasols (€20 p day for two) and people. Parking €10 p day. Driving as in most old Italian towns is a nightmare. We enjoyed combining a week's staying with an excursion to the Aeolian islands and another week in Palermo, immersed in Italian language, cuisine and culture.

Loved staying here. It’s at the top of the old town, at one end of Corso Ruggero, and looks down to the sea and town on one side and Piazza Garibaldi on the other. The small Piazza is a place where locals gather so a great spot for people watching. We were lucky and stayed in the blue room next to the kitchen - it has a fairly high window that looks onto a small patio off the kitchen and the sea and town. The window is almost under some metal stairs that lead up to the terrace and although people go up and down and use the kitchen this was one of our quietest stays in Sicily (there are shutters that block out all light too). With our bathroom between us and the Piazza there was very little noise from there plus the aircon is quiet. Gina is a gem who looks after you with good humour and brightness. Everything is spotless. The kitchen is excellent and you can use the large fridge, cutlery, crockery and kettle. We made salad for lunch and ate it on the absolutely fabulous terrace - sea views one way and the Roc up behind. Sunsets are incredible. Breakfast is at a shared table and really good - the coffee is great - all served by the ever-lovely Gina. It’s a sociable place to stay as guests gather on the terrace with a glass of wine or a beer at sunset. We had a slight hiccup in our booking as there was a plumbing problem - couldn’t be helped - and Nicole found alternative accommodation in another apartment for our last two nights but in the end we found another B&B with a sea view terrace which was what we wanted. There are a lot of stairs up to the top floor B&B, but that didn’t worry us as we had small cases. Great location, great people, would go again.
