I had a positive experience here! The location is great for the price and it's in a pretty good neighborhood. Only real complaints are that the beds are incredibly stiff (our backs hurt after waking up) and that we didn't like the shower head all that much. Aside from that it was a very nice stay. There was food and silverware as well! Also, we had really nice coffee that my friend enjoyed.
In regards to the host, she was incredibly communicative - we ran into a snag with our flight but got everything settled. Definitely no complaints on that front.
Carey made it so easy from the beginning. The apartment was perfect and exactly as described. It was equipped with everything we needed from silverware to pots and pans and even toiletries! It was very spacious and comfortable and not to mention close to everything, great location! Highly recommend....
This is a very nice accommodation in a fun, convenient neighborhood. We were very comfortable and will try to book this place again on our next visit. The kitchen was well stocked, and the organic bath products were very nice. It is lovely to have an apartment to come home to.
If you have trouble with steps or uneven sidewalks, you may not want to book this place because it is a roof top apartment up all kinds of stairs, but if that poses no problem for you, I couldn't recommend it more highly! Carey is so easy to deal with. All over a great experience.
From initial contact until arrival Carey was a great communicator. Easy going and friendly. The rental was exactly as described and shown in the photos. It was very clean and bright and Carey has taken the time to make sure the place has everything you might need. It is is a wonderful area, easy walking to many thing and incredibly central for getting around the city.
We used the loft and master bedrooms and both really loved those spaces. Comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was very well supplied, you could easily cook a meal for six in here. We also enjoyed the outdoor space as the weather was incredible. Dining on the deck in the sunshine was pure heaven.
The keyless entry system Carey uses meant we had a very easy arrival and departure, no worrying about keys etc.
This is a great rental for singles, or families, as it provides so much relaxing space. I was so glad we chose this and not a hotel room.
The place was clean, comfortable and quite delightful. It was as described and communication with Carey was quite pleasant. The amenities were high quality (coffee and toiletries), and the kitchen was stocked with the essentials. This was an absolutely wonderful stay and the value was exceptional. Next time in Denver, in the lower downtown, I would certainly check this place first.
I had a wonderful stay at Carey's apartment it was clean and very nice. Great location close to everything. She was also very helpful with instruction and any questions I had.
We loved staying at Carey's apartment--it's in an older building and is very quiet and comfortable. Had it not been 0 degrees outside we would have enjoyed the patio too. The neighborhood is pleasant and minutes from the Tattered Cover and other amenities, and the park. Although we didn't see Carey, he was very attentive and immediately responsive to any question we had.
I love the great outdoors so living in Colorado makes it easy to participate in outdoor activities - biking, hiking, and enjoying the great scenery Colorado has to offer. Thanks to owning a Kindle I read several books each week. I like to knit and enjoy food at the great restaruants around Denver especially when dinning with friends.
