  • If the privacy is not of your concern, this is a perfect place to stay! Very, very helpful hosts, everything is clean and there is even feeling that you are actually part of the family while you stay at this house.

  • Anchise and Rita were very friendly and welcoming. The room was great and just as advertised. Like other people have mentioned, there is the possibility of borrowing a bicycle and take it for a ride, which I found very enjoyable. Grocery store nearby, great café literally across the street. 15-20 minute walk to the center of Rimini. If I come back, I would definitely stay here again!

  • Great room! Near and clean. We had the spacious bathroom all to ourselves. We were welcomed with grapes, water and the freshest smelling sheets we've had after 2 months of travelling. Pia and her parents are wonderful people. The bikes came in really handy too. We rode them everywhere.

  • Awesome, amazing, phenomenally, fantastic... Even this is not enough to describe how beautiful is to be a guest at families Veratti.

  • We've spent two unforgettable weeks in this beautiful house with my husbend and two sons.
The only thing I regret about - two weeks it is not enough, we'd prefer to stay a month at least.
We will keep the warmest memories forever!

The family is very open, friendly and intelligent. On the book shelfs you will find the best works of the world literature.

The house is extrimely сlean and spacious. Rooms are very cosy and sunny. The kitchen is equiped with absolutely everithing - whatever you want to, whatever you need to. A huge bathroom is very clean and nice.
Signorita Pia knows, it seems to me, all european languages.
We were provided by maps and useful information about city transport, shops and places of interes.
Signora Rita is always very sympathizing, careful and delicately helping.
And Signor Anchiso now is the best friend of my sons! Incredibly sociable, cheerful and very much loving children, often played with ours noisy boys and they tenderly called him ' dedushka ' - ' grandpa '. It was very nice of him to give us a lift to the train station on our last day, as it was very very early morning.

We have felt ourselves as a part of the family, living in this house.

And certainly huge balcony with a hammock and a table to eat outside was our rescue. It is located in a green oasis between houses and our children very much liked to run and play there, while we were cooking or gatherig with my husband to go outside for excursions.
Signor Anchiso played with children football (Oh God, poor flowers on the balcony).

We were met in the best traditions of hospitality- with bottle of fresh water and delicious fruits.
I think, this apartment is the best choice!
Hope to come again some day.

  • My friend and I stayed 2 nights at Pia's family flat. The room was large, there was a huge terrace and the living room and kitchen were also large. The whole place was clean and welcoming.
The flat is about 20-25 mins walk from the old town and station, though you can also get a bus. They provided bikes and Pia's father kindly picked us up and dropped us off at the train station.

You can get a bus or use the bicycles to travel a few kilometers up the coast to find a good uncrowded beach. The old town is pretty, and it is easy to get a bus to San Marino from the train station. There is also a cheap direct bus to Rome if the trains are too expensive.

Pia and her parents were friendly and helpful and I recommend their apartment for a relaxing trip to Rimini.

The patisserie on the corner near to the flat was amazing, go there for coffee and canoli!

  • It was great to meet Pia and her parents. They are very friendly and hospitable people. Few days before my arrival it turned out that I would travel not alone but with my friend, and there was absolutely no problem about it from their side. On our first day Pia gave us lots of useful instructions where to go and what to see in Rimini. It was also very sweet of them to welcome us with a bottle of fresh water and tasty fruits. The whole place is clean and well-furnished. As for the room it is sunny and very cosy. We also liked our own access to the beautiful terrace. By chance I learnt that Pia's parents speak fluent German, and I had an interesting conversation with them in this language. It was very nice of Pia's father to give us a lift to the train station on our last day. We were more than satisfied with this place. Alisa & Natasha

  • We arrived early in Rimini and Pia was kind enough to let us leave our luggage there and have a look around town. Pia pointed us in the direction on Rimini's best patisserie, which happens to be 20 mt away. Pia assisted us with our public transport questions and also provided us with a bus timetable to help us get around. Very very friendly family and Pia's dad even dropped us off at the train station early the next morning. Great place to stay!
