There is always a good reason to come to Barcelona.
Imagine the stories the walls could tell when walking up to the 2nd floor to get into this small palace in the heart of the multiculti quarter: EL RAVAL. Once inside you will find yourself beamed into a completely renovated, inspired hotel Ritz style suite. Lots of gold, but modern at the same time. You can tell its been specially taken care of original furniture and other decor details. No cutting of costs, offering everything for a very comfortable stay. Loungy terrace on one side, balcony on the other side of the flat… perfect for a family or 2 couples.

Excellent place! Very clean, tidy and comfortable. Pictures are pretty accurate. Loved the location, close enough to Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya, and has lots of options for eating and shopping nearby. There was a little bit of noise from outside but definitely not enough to bother us. Titi gave us a warm welcome and some good tips. Recommended. :)
Nice charming Apartement; good Location. Titi was very helpful and funny. Thanks a lot. Abraco Urs
If you want to travel to Barcelona, rent this apartment. The neighborhood is kind of noizy in the night, but in the best case you are not in the apartment at that time, instead you try Titi's recommendations ;)
The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. It took us just 5 min. walk to La Rambla and to other interesting places. This accomondation has made my birthday trip to Barcelona even better!
Buen piso, buena localizacion y buena distribucion
Uncomplicated, friendly and very helpful hosts. Great location close to nice bars and cafés on a lovely authentic Barcelona street.
What an amazing apartment! Had the most fantastic time in Barcelona thanks in large part to the beautiful and extremely well located apartment we rented from Hanzel. Upon arrival, Titi was there to meet us and she was friendly and informative. It was just myself and my boyfriend and loved taking advantage of the space. The bathroom is modern (great water pressure in that shower!), everything is clean and fresh and the kitchen has everything you'll need -- though we mostly took advantage of all the incredible surrounding restaurants and bars. It can definitely be noisy at night but that's the price we were willing to pay for being in the middle everything. Las Ramblas and El Gothic neighborhood are both a 5 minute walk away - perfect for exploring!
Our stay at Hanzeĺ´s apartment was great. Situated in the center of the town, close to the avenue Diagonal, this stylish apartment offers everything you need to spend a wonderful time in couple. We was seduced by the typical Spanish decoration and the terrace, and wasn't disappointed. We recommend it strongly !
We had a great stay in Hanzel's apartment. The neighborhood was fantastic, the apartment had a truly nice atmosphere, was well decorated (loved the tiles) and had all the amenities needed. Also we were very happy with the balcony/ patio. Worth while to take all the steps:-)
The location in El Raval was great for cafes and restaurants and near La Rambla. There is quite a bit of noise though, all through the night and also from the other apartments.
The apartment itself was nice, a little small for four but not a great problem since we were out most of the day. It's the first time I have seen a bathroom that is bigger than the kitchen :-) very nice.
The four flights of stairs could be a problem if you have heavy luggage. Fortunately we did not.
If you want to be immersed in the frenetic life of Barcelona, then by all means stay in Hansel and Titi's cute apartment. I couldn't tear myself off the balcony that overlooks the street below. Every possible culture is represented - such a colorful and vibrant slice of life - all on one street. After some initial apprehension, my daughter and I felt quite comfortable coming and going, night and day. If we had chosen a more staid neighborhood we would not have felt so immersed in the fabric of Barcelona. Titi is adorable and we only wish we could have met Hansel.
