A welcoming 2nd floor, one bedroom 723 sq ft condo at Kihei Kai Nani complex across from beautiful Kamaole II beach, in Kihei. It is updated, fully furnished and equipped with full kitchen, King size bed (new mattress in 2025) and a fold out queen sofa-bed (sleeping 4). Book with confidence: The Kihei Kai Nani resort has been zoned as a Hotel / Business Resort since it was built in the 70's. It therefore is not impacted by current legislation regarding Short Term Rentals on Maui.

The space
Comfortable, fully equipped second floor one bedroom condo in Kihei, Maui, within short walks and drives to the best Maui Beaches, across the street from Kamaole II Beach, which is a wonderful sandy, shallow beach, with a nice snorkeling reef. Two miles north of prestigious and very expensive Wilea, our condo at Kihei Kai Nani provides you and your family an ideal location for affordable accommodations on Maui, while enjoying the best beaches, golfing, snorkeling, dining and shopping on the island.

This is unit 252 in Building 7 in the Kihei Kai Nani Complex. The lanai faces the North/West side of the island and has a nice view of the garden below and a partially obstructed view of the West Maui mountain. This unit is a corner unit which affords it two extra windows, one in the Bedroom, the other in the Dining room, providing more light and cross-breeze.

The condo provides split system Air Conditioning (with two registers - one in the living area and one in the bedroom), high speed wireless internet, a 50" Smart TV, Radio, CD player, DVD, workstation (desk & printer) lanai with garden views, fully equipped kitchen, King sized bed (new mattress in 2025), queen sized sofa bed (the sofa bed provides comfortable sleeping for up to two extra youths or one adult on a 6 inch foam mattress - Extra fee applies for 3rd & 4th guests). Towels, kitchen utensils, silverware, plates, pots / pans, beach equipment, etc, all provided. Save money by preparing your own meals. Further, due to its central location and proximity to various restaurants, shops and a bus stop almost directly in front of the complex, some guests choose to stay in this complex and avoid the expense of renting a car during their stay.

There is an electronic door bell on the front door which also monitors activity going into and out of the condo. It only records video not sound.

We purchased condos on Maui because we love Maui so much. We found Kihei Kai Nani to be the perfect place to buy and rent out condos because it is located across the street from three of the best beaches on Maui and it is located in South Kihei, which is the driest, most sunny area of the island and finally, because it is in South Kihei, it is affordable for us and our guests. We have been living in one of our Kihei Kai Nani condos since 2019.
