A truly wonderful apartment to stay in. It's location was amazing as most of the recommended sights such as the Market, Opera house, City hall, Museums, Galleries to see in Ho Chi Minh city were within easy walking distance. Shopping was everywhere and the food ranged from pizza/pasta to Vietnamese pho , Japanese, Korean.
All in all a great place to stay and looked after by Tram and Vu.
Tram's appartment is a place to be if you want to be located very central and close to local people in the city. Yes the stairway is old-fashioned but the apartment is of very good quality. I stayed just one night, so there is not much to say (only positive), but one thing was extraordinary: Tram himself. His service is more than what you pay for. He is not only a very kind person he also helped me with tailors and spent half a day on my chase on suits.
As Tram told me that he wants to change the interior design of his apartments (no need for me) it is worth to put Tram on one's Airbnb watchlist. Tram, I wish you all the best. May your future plans be prospering!
Great host, nice location.
Shopping & Food just around the corner. Right beside Benh Thanh Market, and walking distance to Saigon River.
Climbing up the stairs to apartment is a good experiences if you do not mind dimly light and old stairs, 3 stories up. And the strong smell of fish sauces due to a small local Vietnamese food store at entry of the staircase. Anyway, they serve good local Vietnamese fried spring roll which should try. Imagine sitting on the pavement with the Vietnam signature low table and stools, munching away the fried spring roll. That the taste of Vietnam.
And right beside, round the corner, is a new Pizza Restaurant, freshly baked Pizza using traditional Italian firewood oven.
Room is nice, clean & cosy.
Only setback is the Toilet is not full partition to ceiling. You will feel the aircon during bathing.
Will sure to stay in this apartment again when I return for next business trip.
Tram was extremely helpful, accommodating, and informative during our short stay in Saigon during Tet. The apartment is beautiful and just as pictured, and in a very convenient location to many tourist attractions and Ben Thanh market (we were there for the food). In advance, Tram provided us with great information about the city, history of the building, and the local food found in Saigon. It was wonderful to know more about the context of our stay. Tram is very responsive via email at any time. Really highly recommended.
We had an excellent time staying in Tram's place. Location cannot be beaten, right in the center, within minutes of all tourist attractions. Property manager Vu made sure we had a great stay and promptly picked us up at the airport at 11pm. Would def stay here again upon return to Saigon.
