No strict rules here. Everyone that has stayed in the studio has been totally respectful.
I'll get in touch with you closer to your stay to provide you with details on key hand off.
Upon checking out, don't worry about stripping the bed, etc. Just leave the key on the bathroom counter and make sure the red gate (at the front of the house) locks behind you.
Gabriel's place was quaint and quite cozy. His abode was extremely clean and had a welcoming vibe to it. His place is set in a quiet neighborhood that's tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are some stunning views of the cityscape in his neighborhood. I rented a car and had no issue whatsoever finding parking in front of his place. I would definitely seek out Gabriel's place the next time I come to the Bay Area.
Perfect neighbourhood with great public transport as a perfect starting point for discovering San Francicso. Gabe is a perfect host, offering a lovely very comfortable apartment.
The flat was located in a nice neighbourhood - good restaurants etc. the flat itself is small but Gabriel has made great use of the space available and made the place really homely and welcoming.
Gabriel was quick to respond during booking stage and the check in process was easy.
Private studio, very close to public transport, cable TV, use of laundry, really comfortable bed, kitchen amenities, and parking close to our accommodation...exactly what we were after. But what was really thoughtful, were the welcome gifts for us to consume - chocolate, wine, beer, coffee, hot chocolate, and sparkling water. Made our stay very comfortable.
Gabe's place was perfect and exactly as advertised. It was cozy, sun-filled and in a great location with a great view of the city. The area is filled with amazing restaurants and cool shops. It's super close to Castro and the Mission. It's a hop, skip and a few jumps away from downtown and you can get around anywhere in an Uber cab for about ten bucks.
The place was quiet, clean and very comfortable. When we weren't exploring SF, we found the space relaxing and felt like a local.
Totally private and easy to access, Gabe also left us with a bottle of wine, chocolate and sparkling water. Great touches that were very appreciated.
Can't say anything bad about the place. This was our first visit to SF and our first time using Air BnB. Will definitely be back and would definitely stay here again, hands down.
Experience was great, a nice cozy spot, with beautiful decor around the place.
