About This Listing

This is an ideal location for Boston visitors!!

Location:
Back Bay station is located literally around the corner while Copley Square, the Prudential Center, Newbury Street, and SoWA Art district are minutes away. This is an ideal location for walking, as it is central to numerous events, concerts, and conferences. Also, taxi cabs stream every moment right outside your front door. You can arrive from the airport to the front door via the subway or cab lickety-split! After a long day, enjoy the serenity of the river nearby and the plush accommodations of this lofty-feeling residence.

Bedroom:
This is a one-bedroom apartment with a full size kitchen. The bedroom is large with high ceilings and numerous large windows. The bed is queen size with a Tempur-Pedic Mattress for extra comfort. Clean bath towels, washcloths, and bedding are provided for your comfort. There is a closet and dresser in the bedroom that is off limits which holds the owners property. The living room offers a second sleeping space, the couch/convertible full-size sofa bed.

Living:
The large wooden dining table seats eight for a spacious meal or work space. I also provide access to several boardgames for a rainy or low-key day (Scrabble, Monopoly, Scattergories, Apples to Apples, Uno, and playing cards). I have a large widescreen tv for your use. Although I don't have cable tv, what I have is almost better, Apple TV and Netflix Instant!

I have a full service kitchen in which there is always coffee, espresso, tea, and creamer available to guests. You are welcome to cook if you like, provided you clean up after yourself.

If you want to have something stocked in the fridge or some special flowers here when you arrive let me know and I can probably arrange to have it here for you if payment is received upon arrival.

Although I own a medium sized dog mix (Penny), she will not be on premises during your potential stay. There are two gated dog parks with water fountains in the neighborhood within walking distance. (website hidden) This is a very dog-friendly place to stay. Please contact me with any pet-related questions you may have.

Outdoor:
There is a small shared patio at street level that seats four people and offers a small charcoal grill.

Parking:
Free overnight on street parking after 8pm till 8am opposite of the Building as well as free on street Sunday parking. However, guests may not park in "Resident Parking Only" marked parking spaces. The least expensive garage parking nearby is located around at corner at 100 Clarendon St Boston, Massachusetts 02116 Ph(phone number hidden) Additionally, there is paid garage parking available at 99 Dartmouth St or behind 505 Tremont St.

Sports: Like the Red Sox, Bruins, Patriots and Celtics? Games are just a T ride away! The World Champion parade route travels minutes from my place! Add this to the fact that we're nestled in right down the street of the Boston Marathon finish line!

Art & Design: The Museum of Fine Art is a mere 11min subway ride. The Isabella Stewart Gardener Museum is a 10min subway ride! Plus the ICA is a 15min subway ride away. If you REALLY enjoy walking like me, you could walk to all these destinations.

Restaurants: I have listed many of my favorite restaurants in my guest book, so please take a look. You're perched above numerous delicious restaurants (Clery’s, Mistral, Salty Pig, Coda, Deluxe). Walking distance to BOSTON’S BEST RESTAURANTS (Beehive, Toro, Mela, South End Buttery). Like convenience?

Across the street from a CVS. Like Newbury Street Dining and Shopping? Perfect! It's a 10m walk!

Accessibility:
Want to visit historic Beacon Hill and the State House? It' a short 20min walk.Want to see the Swan Boats in the Public Garden? 15min walk! Care to visit Harvard University, MIT, and Boston's historic Italian North End? Perfect! Jump on the subway, they're mere minutes away.

**Please be aware that my apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building and is a walk up. It does mean that there are two flights of stairs to walk up. Also, my apartment does have an electronic buzzer, but guests can only enter the building in person.**

You're truly in the heart of it all!!!
