Daniel and his girlfriend Sonja were so friendly and welcoming and had lots of interesting suggestions for things to see around Berlin that I wouldn't have thought of on my own. They're really interesting to chat with, and the room itself is very cozy with a comfy bed and nice big desk to get some writing done at the end of my day. Very cool neighborhood too, the metro was right around the corner and there were some cute little shops and flea market that was within walking distance!! I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Berlin again, they made my time in the city very special.

I must say staying at Daniel's place is a great experience. The room is very clean. Both Daniel and his gf, Sonia are very friendly. They made us feel like home. It is a shame that we were busy that we couldn't spend time with them but we spent some time together and it was just amazing. Highly recommended!!

I spent three months in Daniel's flat and everything was good. Daniel is a nice, interesting person and a really good host. We didn't see each other very often but everytime we did, we had nice chats about everything.. The flat itself is comfortable and I felt at home immediately. Prenzlauer Berg is of course a nice area with a lot of cafés and shops. If you wish to live in a party-area, Prenzlauer Berg is not really the right place for you, I think. But you can find a lot of nice, calm places to relax and really good restaurants for little money. You can get to the S-Bahn stations Schönhauser Allee and Bornholmer Straße in 10 minutes. There are also a couple of places where you can buy groceries.

Daniel is the perfect host! I spent a delightful two months with him. Not only is he a very caring and helpful individual, but he is also very laid back, which makes his home a stress-free environment. I would definitely recommend staying with him. His apartment is located on the outer edge of Prenzlauer berg. Therefore, it's a short walk to the busiest areas in Pberg, but not in the center of the chaos. The area is a few minutes walk in different directions to an enormous number of public transit options (a bunch of s bahns, u bahns, trams, and buses). Also, the location feels very safe at every hour of the day - I've walked home at every hour from midnight to 6am.

My staying at Daniel's house could not have been more perfect. He was a faultless and tireless host. He is also a great talker, and we had legendary conversations. The flat is very well located, and has a wonderful energy and environment. The room is cosy, it's well furnished, and has everything one can need to have a fantastic stay in Berlin. As I am a writer, I needed some space and privacy, and this was the spot for it! I really cannot recommend Daniel's house more and more. This is THE flat to choose if you travel to Berlin.

Daniel was a great host. He was very helpful and made me feel at home as soon as I entered the door. We even had a great night with some wine in his kitchen and talked about everything under the sun. The room is clean and big. The apartment itself is close to transportation, and you can easily access pretty much every part of Berlin. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Daniels place.
