Welcome to Leavenworth River Haus, a spacious retreat set on a beautifully landscaped 3/4-acre property with 130 feet of Wenatchee River frontage. Wall-to-wall windows, generous indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, and thoughtful amenities make this an inviting home base just 2 miles from downtown Leavenworth.

The riverside setting is the centerpiece of Leavenworth River Haus. Step onto the large Trex deck to take in the river views, watch rafts float by, and keep an eye out for wildlife along the shoreline.
After a day of hiking, skiing, golfing, or exploring downtown, unwind in the 6-person hot tub overlooking the river. The covered riverside entertaining area makes it easy to enjoy the outdoors in changing weather, with a propane BBQ, comfortable seating, and a propane fire pit for relaxed evenings outside.
A separate wood-burning fire pit may be available seasonally, subject to snow conditions and Chelan County burn restrictions. Availability cannot be guaranteed.

- Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles
- Garage is not available for guest use

- The outdoor wood-burning fire pit is seasonal and may be unavailable because of snow conditions or summer burn restrictions. It is therefore not guaranteed as an amenity.
- A surveillance camera faces the driveway.
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered for guests with previous positive reviews.
- For the comfort of future guests and in consideration of our neighbors, smoking, parties, and events are prohibited.
- Travel insurance is recommended; our stated cancellation policy applies during periods of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
