- The backyard is a resort-style oasis featuring a brand-new pool with a relaxing tanning ledge and integrated spa. The outdoor lounge and dining areas provide ample space for large gatherings and sunset views.

- Spa & Fitness Oasis: Enjoy our professional sauna, cold plunge, massage table, Peloton, treadmill, free weights, squat rack, bench and yoga mats.

- Relax in the covered cabana with shaded dining for 10, cozy couches, and a peaceful vibe. Steps from the pool there is a tranquil lawn, perfect for yoga, stretching, or simply soaking in the serenity.

- The pool is open year-round, except during periods when outdoor temperatures fall below 35 degrees. The pool is heated between 82-85 degrees and the spa is available year-round.

- The state-of-the-art kitchen is equipped with a 12x6 concrete center island, two ovens, 6 burner cooktop, a commercial-size sub-zero fridge/freezer, and every chef item you could think of to create epic meals for you and your group.

- Ultimate family room includes an 85" TV, pool table, foosball table, and custom wet bar.
