The space

The spacious compound has a left wing, a right wing and a Game Room in the center connecting both units. Perfect for groups that want to be together yet want their private space.
The Left wing of the house is a two-bedroom | one bathroom unit with a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room area. The living room has a standing desk in case you'd like to catch up on some work here and there! All rooms have Smart TVs.
Both units have super-fast Internet! Great to stream, work or play!
The Game Room in the center is the perfect place to gather to have some fun! The GM is equipped with a Pool Table, Poker Table, Comfy sofa, Foosball Table, a bar & a HUGE Smart TV.
The Right-wing of the house is what we consider the "main house". The home is a 3 bedroom | 2 bathroom home. The main house has an extremely spacious and fully equipped kitchen, comfy sectional with a Smart TV and a large dining table. All rooms have Smart TVs. This side of the house has direct access to the cows! You can even see the cows while you watch TV, eat, or peek outside the bunkbed room or guest bedroom! We also just renovated the kitchen! The house is perfect for a corporate retreat, family reunion, wedding rehearsal, wedding accommodation and so much more! Contact us about renting the Corporate/Office Space room that's connected to the property! The office space will have an additional charge.*

POOL CAN BE HEATED FOR A FEE. Please ask us before booking as this fee may change with the market price of propane. Please request pool heating at least 24 hrs in advance (takes about that long to warm up). Please see details below*

If you are booking for an event, party, wedding, birthday event, Baby Shower, wedding rehearsal, etc. please make sure to 1. Book the full compound and 2. To ask us what is the additional charge for the event. Unauthorized parties will have a $5,000 penalty. Thanks so much!

🔥 About the Pool Heater:
> Please make sure to let us know if you'd like the pool heating at least 24-48hrs prior to check-in. Pool heating has a fee. Please ask us what the fee before booking if interested in pool heat. Pool heating fee changes according to propane costs.
Things to note:
>The pool is not as hot as a hot tub — it’s designed for comfortable swimming temperatures (typically 80s°F), not soaking temps. We do have a separate private hot tub for your use.
>The outside air temperature and overnight lows play a big role in how warm the pool feels. On chilly or windy days, the water may lose heat faster than the heater can replace it.
>Heating works best when the air temperature is above 50°F, though the heater will still operate in cooler weather — it just takes longer to reach temperature and it may also feel chillier depending on outside weather.
>💧 Important Note: Once the heater has been turned on for your stay, the heating fee is non-refundable, even if the pool does not reach a specific temperature, as this depends on external weather conditions. Reason being- it's already been running and spending gas to warm up the pool.
