House Guidelines
No Smoking Indoors – We want to keep the home fresh for all guests. Smoking of any kind indoors will result in a $295 cleaning fee. You’re welcome to smoke outside in the driveway, away from the house.
No Pets – We cannot accommodate pets of any kind (no exceptions).
Quiet Hours & Parties – No parties or events. Please keep noise minimal after 10 PM per local ordinance. Excessive noise may result in police involvement and early termination of your stay.
Guest Limit – Maximum 2 guests overnight. Additional guests after midnight are $75/person per night.
Monitors for Comfort & Safety – house is equipped with smoke detectors and non-recording noise/air quality sensors to help ensure a safe and smoke-free stay.

Check-out: 11 AM (15-minute grace period)
Late Check-Outs
Approved requests (made before 10 AM on your check-out day):
o Free until 12 PM
o $75 until 2 PM
o After 2 PM: 50% of nightly rate until 11:59 PM (full extra night after that)
Unapproved late check-outs:
o $75 until 12 PM
o $150 until 1 PM
o $225 until 2 PM
o After 2 PM: Guests may be removed by authorities + 50% nightly rate (in addition of $225)

Self Check-In – Keyless, no-contact entry. (Code provided before arrival).
Space – Guests have full access to the house and front yard. Garage is not accessible.
Parking – two spaces behind the main house, plus 1–2 street spots in front of the house. Please avoid parking on or blocking the driveway.
Check-In – After 4 PM. Early check-in is usually unavailable, but luggage drop-off may be possible if arranged in advance.
Check-Out – 11 AM (15-minute grace period).
Approved Late Check-Outs (request before 10 AM on check-out day): Free until 12 PM, $75 until 2 PM, 50% nightly rate after 2 PM.
Unapproved Late Check-Outs: $75 after 11:15 AM, $150 after 12 PM, $225 after 1 PM. After 2 PM local authorities called + additional charges
Other things to note
There is a larger 3 bdrm house in front of the studio that is also available for rent. Please be respectful of this neighbor and avoid blocking the driveway so they have clear access in and out of the backyard.
For safety and security, there are five exterior cameras on the property that actively record audio and video 24/7. Three are located on the main house (front yard, driveway, and backyard) and two are on the back house (front yard and side yard). Both houses have security systems installed, and the entire property is monitored 24/7 by Vivint Security.
Before checking out, please double-check that you have all of your belongings. Any items left behind will be discarded during the cleaning process.
