Welcome to this charming Bungalow 2-bedroom 1-bath single family home that offers you a fully equipped nice stay with comfort in the neighborhood of Castro Valley, conveniently commute to many central locations, and minutes to Bart station to S.F., S.J., Oakland, and other destinations. (Station map and location details available inside the house).

The space
** The home has been decorated with comfort for our guest accommodations:

- A spacious living room positions a sofa with queen-sized sleeper, two ancient chairs and a console with a 55” Smart TV.

- Two bedrooms with a good size closet for clothes hanging and storage. One of the rooms has two large twin beds whereas the other room boasts a queen-sized bed (all beds come with plush linens and blankets) and positions a desk with a chair - perfect for those working remotely. (high-speed Wi-fi available).

- A dining room comes with 6-seat dining table situated by French doors lead to the Trex deck overlooking a backyard.

- The kitchen is very well equipped with gas cooktop, double oven, a dishwasher, refrigerator, and additional items like a toaster, a Keurig coffee maker, Electric Kettle for water heater or hot tea, Air-fryer, and cabinets stocked with full sets of T-fal cookware, silverwares, plates and bowls, knifes, as well as 20 various seasoning spice jars stored on the countertop rack tower for our guest’s convenience to cook to enjoy a homemade meal.

- A laundry room linked through the kitchen and backyard entrance with a washer and dryer, iron and iron board, detergent and Bounce dryer sheets also included!

- A bathroom built in a bathtub and a storage cabinet equipped with all clean towels and toilette paper. Hair shampoo/conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer are available for guests.

** Check-in time: After 3:00 PM
** Check-out time: By 11:00 AM

Guest access
** Our keypad lock (both front and side door entrances) allows you to conveniently check yourself in. You will receive your very own door code on a day prior to arrival. No housekeys needed!

** Exterior video surveillance at entrance points, patio, and backyard. We care about protecting your privacy – NO cameras facing the interior or inside the house.

** Parking available on the driveway for two small cars and plenty of free street parkings.

** No access to garage nor basement. These are unavailable and are not part of the rental.

Other things to note
Please Note on House Rules:

** At the time of booking, please provide full names of all adults over 18 staying in the house. Children are not required.

** NO shoes in the house. In house sandals are available for guests.

** NO paper towels or feminine products in the toilet.

** NO parties nor loud music – you will be fined and may have to leave the property with no refund.

** NO smoking and/or vaping inside the home or near house premises, including back patio and backyard.

** Quiet time from 9:00PM – 7:00AM. Please be courteous and adhere to this policy.

** Maximum occupancy of 6 people. No additional guest other than those in the reservation allowed.

** Please make sure you leave the property in an acceptable manner. Damage or excessive cleaning will result in a minimum charge of $300.

** Please turn off all electrics, lights and AC or heater and lock all doors when leaving the property.

** Backyard with a basement is downstair which is not available to rent. However, guests can have a quick tour around the yard. Please be attentive to children for not having them running around in the backyard as safety is our top priority.
