Spacious, sun filled one bedroom apartment loft with modern electric fire place and balcony in a fantastic Venice location. This apartment is an easy walk to all the shops & restaurants of Rose Ave. and Abbot Kinney Blvd. yet situated on a quiet, very residential street with easy street parking. You can be in the "thick of it" in a few minutes yet away from it all if you choose! The apartment is located on a property with a secured fence around the entire premises and full of plants and trees.
The space
This large, multi-level apartment for one, or two guests, has 20 ft. high ceilings to give it an airy feel. Light is the true protagonist, pouring in from the many windows and settling gently on the Saltillo tile floors. This apartment breathes inspiration and Venice creativity.
The apartment comes fully equipped with everything you need including high speed WIFI, and a 42" flat screen HDTV with ROKU so you can watch your favorite streaming services.
You will find a comfortable California King size bed with high thread count sheets and four fluffy pillows in the cozy upstairs bedroom loft.
There is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub shower combination and a balcony for you to enjoy.
Couples alert: the loft has a romantic and cozy modern electric fire place!
The kitchen includes a stainless steel refrigerator with freezer, gas range with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric water boiler (tea & coffee included), toaster, and all pots, pans, plates, glasses and utensils needed to make your own meals. We provide a starter supply of salt, pepper, all seasoning, olive oil, ground coffee, tea bags and a few half and half creamer cups. Do your own cooking and buy your supplies at the nearby Whole Foods, Erewhon, Ralphs or Smart & Final, or immerse yourself in the Venice lifestyle and walk over to one of the many great restaurants on Abbot Kinney Blvd. (5 blocks), Rose Ave. (2 blocks) or Main Street Santa Monica (5 blocks) for breakfast, lunch & dinner.
It is an easy stroll over to popular Gjusta Bakery on Sunset Avenue for a morning coffee and one of their scrumptious baked goods or lunch items, or try out Cafe Gratitude or Flake on Rose Avenue for a delicious breakfast. For lunch and dinner there are too many restaurants to mention here. We are happy to suggest a few - just ask! There is also a guest folder in the apartment with many more suggestions or what to do and where to dine.
If you prefer to explore the area by bicycle, you are welcome to use our beach cruisers (helmets & locks included).

We get asked about parking all the time so we are repeating the information here. Parking is free street parking in our street. We park our own cars in the street as well. We never have any problems finding a spot. It can get a little crowded on busy beach weekends but overall there is always a spot to be found. On Monday and Tuesday from 8 - 10 a.m. is street cleaning so it is paramount you read the street signs and make sure you park your car on the correct side of the street to avoid a parking ticket. Please do not park next to a red line, a yellow fire hydrant or in front of our driveway. Please park your car facing the same directions as all the other cars.
Location, location location! Walk, bike or scooter everywhere! The apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood West of Lincoln and South of Rose. Less than a five minute walk takes you to Rose Ave with lots of great restaurants and shops (Cafe Gratitude, Flake, American Beauty and many others) and it is also 5 minutes to Gjelina and Gold’s Gym on Sunset Ave. Less than 10 minutes walk to Lincoln Boulevard, where you’ll find Whole Foods, CVS Pharmacy, Wurstküche, Clutch, Zinque, Superba, Satdha and many other local restaurants and businesses; a 10 minute walk to Abbot Kinney Boulevard and the popular Felix Trattoria, RVR, Erewhon; and less than a 10 minute walk to the world famous Venice Beach and the border of Santa Monica. Walk, bike, skate, surf, swim, work, sunbathe, shop, eat and workout without ever having to get in a car!
PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow pets as we are highly allergic to dog dander. We will charge a $500 deep cleaning fee if necessary.
For peace of mind, we suggest trip insurance. We’re unable to self-insure guest trips and travel issues.
