This charming little love nest is only a 10 min walk to the beautiful Sacré-Cœur cathedral, the artist square of Monmatre and only a 15 min walk to the trendy Batignolles district.
The apartment is located on the 6th floor (with elevator) of a original Haussmanien building.
You have a choice of 2 subway lines. The line 13, exiting at Guy Moquet station (2 mins from the apartment) or the line 12, exiting at Lamarck Caulaincourt station.
This newly renovated love nest consists of a main room with a very comfortable pull out bed, a kichenette with burners and small fridge, and a fully equipped bathroom with shower. The apartment also has wifi.
It's only a 13 square meters flat but it's very cosy and decorated like home!
Towels and linens included. Household chores included
There's a school near the apartment so you can hear kids playing when it's recreation time!
My guests should be respectful with the neighborhood in the building and not make noise when they came back home later!
We really enjoyed staying here, a great location easy access around Paris on the metro and some great places nearby. It might be small but had everything we needed. Elodie was a great a host and if we return to Paris we'd like to stay here again.
Despite the modest dimensions, the appartment is charming and quite comfortable, with several well thought out design touches that work toward maximizing the space. The location is ideal both for fans of Montmartre attractions and for hanging out in the less touristy Batignoles quartier. Elodie is also a quality host, always a plus.
Everything was perfect! It's a small studio but you get everything you need for a really nice price, and in a great location. Elodie and her husband are really helpful and friendly. If we come back to Paris we'll definitely stay there again!
Lovely apartment in a calm, safe area with boulangerie just around the corner for your morning baguette :) quite small but perfect for one or two person and has everything you need. I miss this charming montmartre-apartment very much! Elodie is a lovely host who provides you with what you need. Thank you for making my stay in Paris great Elodie! :)
Élodie is a welcoming host, who was very accommodating in meeting me even though I didn't have a French cell phone. The space is a nice chambre de bonne studio, which is thoughtfully laid out. It has a real shower and the bed is comfy! Just a short walk away from Montmartre and Place de Clichy (which has one of the few 24 hour pharmacies in Paris)--I was very appreciative of how much there is to see and do in the neighborhood. As another reviewer pointed out, there is an elementary school next door, and the walls are thin (that's Paris for you). Ultimately, the apartment itself is a great space to stay in! Home away from home.
Me and my wife have spent most of August 2014 in this charming little studio - and we had the most amazing time. The location is brilliant (quiet, clean and rather classy), close to the metro (easy to commute to the airport, too), with at least 2 supermarkets within walking distance and quite easy access to tourist attractions. The Moulin Rouge and the Butte de Monmartre with the Sacré Coeur are literally 2 streets away. The studio is indeed very tiny, but this is part of its 'wonderland' charm - it does however have everything you need to feel at home. Elodie is the most gracious of hosts: even though we arrived quite late, she has been very prompt in welcoming us. She even had a guest booklet with a lot of useful information for first time visitors like ourselves, about the flat, the neighbourhood and the main places to visit. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in Paris and would definitely book it again & warmly recommend it.
A very nice little studio in which I stayed in for two months. The location is fantastic and very well connected to the metro and close to Montmarte - I have stayed in different neighbourhoods in Paris but this was one of my favourites! Elodie is very friendly and I would recommend this place to any visitors coming to Paris.
Hello, I'm a graphic designer. I've got 2 kids. When me and my family had to move from Paris 18th to leave 2 metro stations far, I've always missed this district. That's why I bought this little place in Rue Lamarck.I've tried to tastefully decorate to make it a warm and pleasant place to live.
