This large, single-level home has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, and can accommodate up to 14 guests while still providing plenty of space for everyone to gather together. It's located in the heart of Sunriver, just minutes from the village and lodge, and surrounded by bike paths. We provide recreation passes and a variety of bikes so you can explore the area. Our home is family-friendly and very welcoming to large groups. We hope you'll choose our home as your base for your next adventure!

The space
This single-level home is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac in Sunriver. It's close to the lodge, village, and bike paths. The large, fully equipped kitchen has an island that seats four and a dining room that seats ten. The open layout allows guests in the kitchen, family room, and dining room to gather together and feel close. The deck wraps around the back of the house and overlooks a large, open natural space. The deck is equipped with patio furniture, heaters, sun umbrellas, a barbecue, and a private hot tub that is professionally maintained. There is a bonus room that is perfect for kids and teens to have their own space to enjoy the pool table, foosball, TV, games, puzzles, and twin beds for an extra sleeping area. The house also has a washer and dryer, a two-car garage, and a new electric car charger.
