Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Isleta Marina Is a private island in Fajardo Puerto Rico, you will find your heart and soul with peace and tranquility here! You must take a private ferry (included) to get on and off this one of a kind island!

The space
“Casa Dream” Is a one bedroom, one bath condo, private balcony with gorgeous views. One full size bed with a Trundle bed and an additional twin underneath. Two futons in the living room, that makes this ideal for a family or a couples getaway. This is truly a unique and fabulous place to getaway, relax and enjoy.
If you are looking for a place to party, with loud music, this is not the place. Parties are not accepted… if security is called, you will need to vacate immediately!
You must take a private ferry (included) to get on and off the Island. Highly recommend stopping at the supermarket to pick up what you need before you kick back, relax, and enjoy this magical paradise.
Guest access
@ “Casa Dream” You will have access to both pools, tennis court and basketball court on the Island. The ferry is included.
There is private parking that averages between $5.60 to $12 per day. The island boat will take you in and out on available hours, that is
from 6:30 am until 10:00pm from Sunday to Thursday. Friday and Saturday's from 6:30am to 11:00pm.
The island boat won't be
available from 10:00pm until
6:00am. Make sure you travel
on time.

* Private security is present upon arrival for your safety and peace of mind.
* There is a great on-site restaurant/bar (open Wednesday through Sunday) if you’re not in the mood to cook or would like to relax with a drink by the pool.
* We strongly recommend stopping by the supermarket before arriving on the island to pick up any items you may need during your stay.

We made the decision to move to Puerto Rico and purchase a home here because we truly love it—and our goal is for you to enjoy it just as much as we do.
We want you to feel:

Please remember—you are visiting an island.
With island life comes:
* The beautiful sounds of the coquí at night, especially near the rainforest
* Occasional interruptions to water, electricity, or Wi-Fi
These situations:
* Are outside of our control
* Typically resolve quickly
* Are part of living on the island
As with hotels and other accommodations, refunds will not be issued for these occurrences.

Kayak Usage (Important)
If you plan to use the kayak, please note:
* Must be booked in advance
* No one under 18 years old is permitted
* You must know how to swim
* There is no lifeguard on duty
* Use is at your own risk
By booking and using the kayak, you acknowledge and agree:
* You assume all responsibility
* The property owners are not liable for any injuries or incidents
* All rules must be followed at all times

Check-In & Check-Out Policy (Very Important)
We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of timing.
Check-In:
* Between 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
* After 9:00 PM:
* Ferry access will not be available
* Entry to the condo will not be possible
* Late check-in fees may apply
If your flight arrives late (especially after midnight), we strongly recommend:
* Booking the night before to allow flexibility
Check-Out:
* 10:00 AM sharp
* Anything after 10:00 AM is considered a late check-out unless pre-approved
Fees:
* Late check-in / check-out fees range from $100 to $250
Please verify your flight schedules in advance, as they may change frequently.

Keys & Property Care
* Lost keys: Replacement fee ranges from $75 to $150, depending on the property and lock system
* Please ensure:
* All dishes are cleaned
* Trash is taken to the designated dumpster
* No trash is left outside doors or in common areas
